Extra charges for pool usage… by the hour!!
Pros:

Pool and Spa advertised as amenities however they charge hourly rate for pool usage. This was not disclosed while booking. Misleading at best. Not relaxing or good experience. I booked this stay to use pool. Cleaning lady smoking in the hallways and breakfast staff looked annoyed when asked questions. Many other good options around. Do not recommend.

Pros:

Strangely, you need to pay for the pool.
I found that very different and it's not for one day, it's for 1.5 or 3 hrs, but you need to use that consistently, so you cannot go in the morning for 15 minutes swim and in the evening ( you will have to pay twice).
Cost is also high if you want to stay 3 hours; you pay 5000 din, which is about 70 CAD. So, if you are there for 10 days, you will pay 700 CAD for the family to go to the pool once a day.
Breakfast at this place starts at 8 am, and in all other places where we were staying will start as early as seven or even 6 am.
The garage is still under construction, so watch your steps when you're walking.
This property is located far from downtown, approximately 2.5-2 km away.
Rooms are new and clean bedroom is small you will have hard time walking around bed.
