Горячая вода, удобное месторасположение, кондиционер, но он не работал на обогрев

Cons:

От отеля мне заранее написали и попросили сделать предоплату. Я её внёс. При заселении пришлось спорить с администратором, который сказал, что у них в базе предоплаты не было. После этого я сказал, что вызову полицию и вопрос был решен. За 3 ночи, что я находился в отеле ни разу не убирали номер, полотенце не меняли. Старое постельное бельё с дырами, полотенце старое и в пятнах, но постиранное, вентиляция шумная. При выселении, когда сдавал номер, администратор пытался дать чеки за завтраки, на что мы сказали, что при бронировании через приложение завтраки включены. Администратор сказал, что у них своя система и он об этом не знает. В любом случае мы не стали оплачивать завтраки.
Никогда не вносите предоплату за этот отель. Много проблем и споров.

Pros:

Rooms as described in pictures and very clean property. Good value for money and pretty nicely located on the not so busy side of hundred feet road in indiranagar

Relatively inexpensive, quiet, good area near, small breakfast included

Cons:

The robot wrote a lot of messages constantly and very persistent in asking for an advance payment, they are scaring me that there are almost no rooms, although I have booked, and they do not respond to any requests.
