Pros:

Free buffet dinner and breakfast

Cons:

The staff were pretty rude and unhelpful during check in and check out and the process was very slow.
Room was dirty with floors not clean and mould in bathrooms. There was a leak on the ceiling in the bathroom from upstairs and I was concerned the roof might cave in. The hotel is very overpriced for what it is.

Fine for a modern resort with solid breakfast, but go elsewhere for lunch/dinner
Pros:

The hotel is clean and modern, if rather soulless. The aqua park is excellent. There was a big pool (although note that the pictures are a bit misleading as swimming is prohibited in the long parade of pools leading to the sea). Breakfast was quite good. Shower and bathtub in room were great. (Staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a nice view of pools/sea.) We appreciated the complimentary fruit in the room.

Cons:

The beach was disappointing. At first glance the golden sand and clear, calm water looked ideal. But in fact, the water has so much trash floating in it. I felt compelled to spend 15 minutes just fishing out many many pieces of rubbish. I also received small bites from the fishes or jelly fish. We then went for a la carte lunch, which was pricy and quite bad. (A Waldorf salad that was nothing like a creamy Waldorf salad, a chicken sandwich with bread so dry it was inedible; and a mediocre pasta.) For evening we tried the 900 LE buffet and it was definitely not worth the cost. Buffets provided plastic drinking cups instead of real glasses. (It's not surprising with such choices there is so much trash!) My advice: Get a taxi and eat elsewhere for lunch/dinner. The safe in our room did not work.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel is comfortable, well-organized, and the service is truly exceptional. A special thank-you to Ms. Sarah, Guest Relations Manager, for her outstanding support and professionalism. She was attentive, welcoming, and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. Her follow-up and warm attitude made a real difference. Highly recommended.
