La habitación es cómoda y amplia. Las zonas húmedas muy cómodas, los previos fabulosos

Las piscinas son lo mejor que tiene el alojamiento, que es PET friendly

Cons:

El acceso a las habitaciones del segundo piso, el aseo de la habitación, y el baño no funcionó bien. Los controles se quedaron sin baterías , no pude modificar el aire acondicionado a la mitad de la noche.

Las toallas que nos asignaron estaban manchadas, rotas, con un aspecto absolutamente desagradable.
La manta para dormir rota
El lavamanos tenía una fuga en la tubería y al abrirlo se hacía un charco en el piso

Personal excelente infraestructura muy deteriorada.

Me gustó mucho la atención todos los empleados súper queridos y la comida deliciosa y muy generosa!!

Cons:

La infraestructura está muy acabada, ya había ido al hotel hace varios años y note que la tienen muy acabada, los baños donde uno se arregla para salir en la tarde súper acabados la puerta no funcionaba, la primera habitación que nos tocó súper chiquita y el aire acondicionado malo, el hotel es muy lindo pero lo tienen demasiado acabado!
