Nice hotel with extremely unfriendly staff, okayish spa and very limited breakfast
Pros:

Cute hotel with nice rooms (even though not properly clean, spider webs in the ceiling etc)

Cons:

Super unfriendly staff and no buffet breakfast but you have to tell the owner what you want - looks like every slice of cheese gets counted, limited selection. Spa area is too small, when we have been there, all the sun beds were covered.

Wonderful family-run Alpine hotel with excellent service
Pros:

We had a really great experience at Hotel Hochfilzer. The hotel has been beautifully renovated in an Alpine style, with lots of wood and cozy spaces. It is family-run, and the owners are very kind and hospitable. They were very flexible when we asked to have our child stay in a double room and arranged everything for her at a reasonable price. The breakfast was extraordinary, with excellent service. There is also a restaurant for dinner with a limited à la carte menu, but the food was very good. A big plus is that although children’s meals are not on the menu, the staff kindly prepared a meal for our child. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the ski area, just a 5-minute drive away and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes getting there very easy.

Cons:

Everything was really great overall. The only area where there is some room for improvement is cleanliness. It was generally fine and there was nothing major to complain about, but we noticed a few spider webs here and there in our room, which suggested that the cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

Skvělé ubytování s fantastickou kuchyní
Pros:

Líbilo se mi úplně všechno. Oceňuji to, že v místě bylo vše, co je na bookingu u ubytování uvedeno a vše fungovalo dokonale. Nádherný vyhřívaný venkovní bazén, skvělá sauna, infrasauna, pára, dostatek parkovacích míst zdarma, wifi v ceně, klidné místo, hezký pokoj s balkonem a nádherným výhledem, skvělí majitelé. Co předčilo mé očekávání, byla absolutně úžasná kuchyně. Dokonalé snídaně, skvělé večeře, ať už ala carte nebo včetně rezervace. Mohu říct, že jsem tu měla nejlepší jídlo, jaké jsem kdy jedla a skvělé zážitky z unikátní formy servírování.

Cons:

Nevidím žádná negativa.

Het ontbijt was perfect verzorgd. De diners waren heerlijk. De lokatie was mooi en de kamers en de wellness waren top.

Bij check-in was de kamer nog niet schoongemaakt. Dit werd snel gecorrigeerd
