Beautiful Resort in a beautiful setting!
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, accommodations, rooms, and amenities. Maintained to the highest level. The pool, gym and game room were excellent. Very clean and inviting. All the staff we interacted with were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. We can't remember names but we had the most endearing staff at every meal in the restaurant! Breakfast variety was plenty and fit all tastes. Menu for dinner and lunch were extensive and tasty.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like but do recommend staffing the pool bar with additional help. The young gentleman working the bar was alone, and we had to wait quite awhile to get our drinks. And it was mid week so not busy at all. It is more of a staffing issue. Not a personnel issue. He worked as quickly as possible.

A perfect holiday ruined by irritating monotonous drum beat music from the poolside
Pros:

A beautiful property with an excellent ambience. Ideal for a weekend getaway.
The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. The food choices for breakfast as well as dinner were very good and varied.

Cons:

Our bungalow was near the pool. On the first afternoon of our stay we had a very disturbed afternoon nap because of a rather irritating drum beat music being played at the pool side. We complained and requested that the music be changed to something softer. We were assured it would be done; but it never happened despite multiple complaints. We were disturbed with the same irritating monotonous drum beat music on the second afternoon as well as on the third morning. It was finally stopped with the intervention of the Duty Manager but it was too late as it was just before we checked out..
For us, an otherwise perfect holiday was ruined by this insensitivity and lack of corrective action despite repeated assurances.

Fantastic getaway and the best scenery and relaxed time with the best hot stone massage
Pros:

The staff did everything genuinely always with a personal touch. Whether it was about greeting and welcoming us or when we needed help.

Cons:

So beautiful. So small but it was nice and accessible

Relaxing, friendly weekend stay.
Pros:

The view of the hills behind, the well appointed bedrooms, the pool area, the Pickleball court and Terra restaurant were all great as were some of the activities including pottery. Proximity to good walks in the hills was great but best of all was the friendliness of the staff who were always keen to interact and help.

Cons:

Apart from some issues with our room keys there was very little we did not enjoy.

Pros:

Good options for Breakfast. Size of the room is perfect for a family of three with pet. The Staff decorated our room with some goodies prior to our arrival on the occassion of my daughter's birthday. There was already an arranagement of bed and water bowl for our pet. The Pool Bar setting is interesting. The landscaping of good amount of trees and grass patches with very clean premise. Polite, helpful, courteous staff is the biggest asset of Mulberry, special mention to Mr. Yasir for taking good care of us during the stay.

Cons:

The food at 'Terra' is excellent, however more vegeterian options would have been better.

The best staycation ever !
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for our 3rd year wedding anniversary. The trip was nothing short of flawless. From ambience to the service everything was so well thought out.

The staff were extremely helpful and eager to serve us well during the stay . We requested them serve the complimentary high tea to our room they went the extra mile . They also had decorated our room and provided a complimentary cake .

Definitely recommend this place, we looking forward for our next stay .
