A must visit resort
Pros:

The serenity of the place, food, the buggy ride throughout the property, the high tea everything we liked.

Cons:

The check in time should be 2 pm. 3 pm check in time and check out time is 12 is a bit unfair is what we guess.

Pros:

Super clean and spacious rooms.
Excellent Asian food at the restaurant Kokoon.
Very courteous and attentive staff.

Cons:

The property is quite small and there’s nothing much to do.
While the staff was courteous they seek feedback at every step and that’s a bit annoying. You don’t want to receive a call while napping, asking for feedback on room service.

1. 1st Nov was a Karnataka Rajyotsava Day, there was no mention, nothing celebratory about it

Pros:

Beautiful grounds and facilities- lots of lovely plants. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

On Saturday afternoon/evening there was music playing from the pool bar AND from the restaurant which was too much. One set of music would be much better.
