The bad:
The pictures on Expedia will NOT be the the room you get. You will get something that looks like the picture but not exactly. The room will not be 100% clean. It will be clean in the areas you can touch, but window sills, on top of ledges, corners, shower glass, hinges, will not be so clean. This is a SMOKING hotel so if you cant take smoke, stay away. the previous customer may have smoked and theres nothing you can do about it. The hotel is not easy to find. Google maps does not work in China, so you'll have to get hep from the locals. Hope you speak mandarin...

The Good:

The staff is very friendly and helpful, although again, you should speak mandarin or else it will be difficult. There is a huge shopping mall across the street with tons of shopping and restaurants.

The property looks very nice in the website, but actually very bad, urgently need renovation, cockroach everywhere, worker said in the area it’s ok!!!! There is no way it can be 4star hotel. I would give 1max 2star hotel.
Workers where very helpful, do not stay here, they didn’t refunded my money as well,
I stayed at another hotel 4star, very nice, clean and NO Cockroach.
