Good hotel close to airport
Pros:

We stayed for one night as transit from BKK to the UK. We used the shuttle service from terminal 2 (the hotel messaged me with details and telephone/wechat number - we did not have a simcard so went to China Southern Airways and they called the hotel to let them know we were there) pick up was from door 46 departures floor 3 and he arrived 20mins later.
The hotel was good, the room very modern and comfortable. It was very close to the airport therefore the noise of the aircraft was loud, but they provided earplugs and I never heard anything. We also used the free shuttle service the following day (leaves hourly on the hour).

Cons:

Not a critisism just for information. They provided 2 small bottles of water (as per usual) but couldn't offer any more (luckily we did find some locally). The hotel is located on a business park so only very limiting for eating etc. KFC is around the corner and a local shop. The hotel only offered a vending machine with pot noodles, drinks and heineken.

Good hotel for overnight airport stay layover if you can sleep with airplane noise.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Aircon was strong.

Cons:

Airplane landing and taking off sound was too loud especially planes landing. The hot shower takes some time to come. The actual hotel does not look anything like the pictures on the internet at all. Pictures are deceiving.
