Staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Toilet seat in our room was held on by one side. So if you weren’t careful, you would go for a ride sitting on the toilet. stain on bathroom wall. This room was supposed to be a suite but was extremely small. Literally no separate bedroom just a divider in the middle of the room was supposed to somehow make it a suite.

Wonderful Fairfield stay in a lovely area of Nashville with dining and coffee shops nearby.
Pros:

We liked the courteous staff, the cleanliness of the building, our room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and quiet stay with delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The one improvement would be the water would not get hot in the shower. We both have arthritis and like a hot shower. It was very warm and lots of it, just never would get hot.

Pros:

Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful. Check in was quick.

Cons:

Our room had no water pressure. But when we told the front desk they immediately moved us to another room.

Pros:

This hotel is modern and clean. It's right next to shopping and dining and the ford ice center. The property seems new so I assume it is or was recently renovated. It's not a "full service" hotel, but does all of the basic extremely well. The staff was helpful and polite, parking was plentiful, and my overall experience was very good.
