Lo que No me Gustó Fue que Mi Baño estaba en PB y la habitación Arriba a la Hora de ir al Baño cuando estaba dormido me tocaba bajar escaleras con Cuidado ⚠️ para No Caer , sería Bueno que Hubiera Baños arriba también

Le service
Location is good - has all what we need food & entertainment. No Pool available as yet. Staff was good or tried to assist were can. Cleanses - got better over time. Confirm washer/dryer machine if needed.
BEWARE of mosquito - very bad.
There were a few little things but the Staff assisted to make my Stay over as time goes by - so am happy in general. (am quite picky with things)
The locality seems newly developed so its clean and neat.
There are a multiple issues with the property.
1. No Kitchenware, No Cooking/Heating Utensils & NO Cutlery Provided - It being a serviced apartment having a pantry, the basic mentioned above should have been provided. On asking for it, they gave a few disposable plates & disposable cutlery which wasn't enough for a stay on 4 person for 4 nights. Also they provided us with dirty non-induction Cooking Utensil which seems like it could blast any moment when used to heat ready food.
2. False information provided by Reception Team. We were to Check out at 6 am in the morning as we had a flight to catch. One day prior to our checkout, we checked with the Receptionist if the Reception will be open in the morning and we were told that the Reception is operational "24x7". The same is also mentioned on a Plaque Card in the reception. But guess what, at the time of our checkout, the reception was closed with a Sign Board Hung on its Glass Door saying they will open at 9:00 am. Sharing the Photo of the same for your knowledge and reference.
3. At the time of Checkin they took excess amount and said that they will consider the Difference amount as a deposit and will refund the same at the time of checkout. The same has not yet been refunded as their Reception was non operational at the time of checkout and their responses are not helpful at all.

Cleanliness
The staff was helpful and friendly. I also like that they provide daily change of our bath towels.
Cleanliness is not as good. When we checked in, it was dusty and can see finger prints on the glass balustrades. Floor was dusty and the washing machine was really dirty. I had to clean the washing machine myself before starting to use it. We have informed the office about this and they have sent someone to clean it, but unfortunately I can’t really feel a difference when we’re back to the apartment.
Everything ok.
Very small apartments - not recommended for families - bed mattresses very uncomfortable - feels like sleeping on rocks
