Pros:

Hotel the brown es un lugar excepcional, me encantó la amabilidad del personal, el silencio del lugar, me gustó mucho las reglas que mantienen en la zona de piscina y el restaurante, el desayuno es demasiado exquisito.

Cons:

Todo estuvo perfecto sin embargo, Creo que pudieran mejorar el detergente con que lavan las toallas y sábanas, siento que el olor es demasiado fuerte.

Las instalaciones sin embargo fuimos tres días y los jacuzzi no estaban habilitados y la piscina fría

Que al hacer el reclamo por el área de información nos dicen que los jacuzzi están a disposición del hotel sin embargo al hacer la reserva no te dicen eso solo dice que hay que reservarlos por qué si fueran claros uno reserva la habitación con jacuzzi

I would not recommend to anyone.

The views of the lake, the food and drinks.

Cons:

I did not feel welcomed. Dismissive staff, my room was not cleaned. Makeup stained bath robes, and wash cloths, they charge for dental kits? jacuzzi settings were not working properly, also was not cleaned properly. The road getting there is horrible. I got there @8a and had to wait till 3p to be accommodated. I got sunburned waiting. Mind you, I sent an email letting them know if I could be accommodated in advance before me getting there. When I arrived told me they couldn’t use the card on file which I made the reservation to book the room with because it’s considered FRAUD in Colombia. At checkout they proceeded to read out loud all my room service. And ask for tip.

The most beautiful hotel in Colombia
Pros:

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing location. Everything was so perfect. I wish we had booked 1-2 more nights there. We loved it.
