Hotel and room beautiful. Adjacent entertainment and dining facilities was very good.

Cons:

Customer service at MGM Tower front desk. Unfortunately, the customer service during check in was disappointing. Some of the front desk staff were unwelcoming, and several other staff members were not pleasant or helpful. We were not given directions or a map of the hotel. We had to figure things out ourselves.
The housekeeping staff were the only employees who were consistently pleasant and helpful. Overall, the level of the hotels front desk customer service did not match the quality of the property. Staff need better customer service training, especially those who interact directly with guests.

It was a very pleasant experience But please clean bathrooms better

The bathroom was not clean Enogh
There was hair in the floor and that was terrible I cleaned it and did not say anything at the time I don’t want that to impact your score However I hope that when I come next week that is not the case
