Программа детских активностей разнообразная и хорошо организованная. Аниматоры ежедневно проводят мероприятия, в которых участвуют как дети, так и родители, создавая тёплую, вовлекающую и приятную атмосферу.
В целом отель предлагает комфортный и продуманный отдых для всей семьи, особенно выделяясь качественной работой команды анимации и разнообразием досуговых возможностей и отдельный СПА центр, который можно забронировать на 50 минут только для своей семьи.
До оборудованного пляжа можно дойти пешком.
В момент заселения процесс прошёл корректно и быстро, однако предоставленная информация была довольно ограниченной.
Нам выдали ключ от номера и карты доступа в СПА, но не рассказали в целом о сервисах, активностях и ежедневных программах отеля.
Лишь примерно через сутки проживания, уже самостоятельно, мы узнали, что в отеле есть широкий и действительно интересный спектр активностей, особенно ориентированных на семьи с детьми.
В качестве рекомендации по улучшению считаю, что небольшой welcome-брифинг при заезде, устный или в виде понятного информационного материала, значительно улучшил бы впечатление гостей с первого дня.

La cabaña es muy cómoda, cuenta con una parrilla y un pequeño patio afuera, está muy bien ubicado entre la playa y el centro. Podés utilizar los servicios del parador Neruda, los amenities son excelentes.
