Pros:

Hotel é mais lindo do que as fotos conseguem mostrar, atendimento excelente, tudo limpinho e bem cuidado, café da manhã maravilhoso (e fazem breakfast bag se for sair cedo para passeios) e a uma distância muita pequena da plaza de armas. Bem seguro e permitiram check in antecipado sem custo adicional. Se eu retornar a Arequipa, sem sombra de dúvidas voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel.

Beautiful stay in Arequipa
Pros:

Stunning location by a beautiful river with lovely lawned area and terrace to eat on, volcano views. They let us check in early when we arrived on an overnight bus. Beautiful restaurant.

Cons:

A la carte breakfast was difficult for me as I cannot eat gluten and half the options contained such and, every morning they put bread on my plate with my eggs although I'd explained I cannot eat it for medical reasons. Please improve staff allergy training
