A floral oasis in the middle of the city
Pros:

This was a little Oasis in the middle of the city. There were flowers throughout the property and the staff were all extremely pleasant. We had a lovely room with a balcony that we could enjoy. The only downside was our room did not have any hot water for some reason. But I'm sure it's an issue that could be fixed easily. We were very surprised and pleased with the property, and enjoyed the restaurant and the restaurants yeah. The hotel is just over a bridge from the old town area.

Cons:

Just need to fix the hot water issue in the room.

Todo son detalles
Agua de cortesía, pisco sour de bienvenida y atención por parte del personal muy cercana.
Las insolaciones están fenomenal y son muy cómodas
El desayuno es 10 variado y delicioso además de servido a la carta
La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, cerca de todo.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Really beautiful location with a fine view of the river from the restaurant, excellent and attentive service, delicious 3-course breakfast, modern and well-equipped bathroom, comfortable bedroom and bed. The best hotel we stayed in during our trip.

Cons:

The basic rooms are quite small, but big enough. If you have the bathroom window open there will be noise from the street at night. There's no window in the bedroom, only A/C, so if you don't like A/C you need to leave the front door ajar for ventilation.
