Pros:

Todo extraordinario: infraestructura, localización (no está en el centro, cuyo tráfico es caótico, sino que está muy cerca de éste a fin de salir y llegar), el desayuno es buenísimo, la carta de menú es muy completa, calidad de la atención es óptima, entre otras cosas. Desde el hotel se pueden ver los volcanes (aunque en estos días ha estado nublado) y el permanente sonido del río es maravilloso. Es uno de los mejores hoteles en que he estado en general.

Cons:

Lo pienso y, la verdad, diría que podrían mejorar un poco más el café que sirven: no debería ser de máquina sino de barista. Aún así es bueno, claro.

Wonderful stay in a lush peaceful setting

The lush grounds and the serene setting of the hotel, the big breakfasts, the views from the balcony, the location close to the main plazas and churches, the staff, the safety of the place,

Cons:

To get to the main plazas, you have to encounter lots of traffic and pedestrians but that is typical of our travel in bigger Peru cities.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel et cadre magnifique.
Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant.
Les équipements sont de bons goûts comme la cuisine.. du petit déjeuner au dîner !
