Hotel Park Lee Green

This hotel offers the worst hospitality and management I've experienced. Key issues included a severely uncleaned washroom and a non-working geyser, showing a clear lack of maintenance. The staff's behavior was also unsatisfactory. Do not waste your money here. At this price, you can undoubtedly find a significantly better-maintained and customer-friendly hotel in Darjeeling.

My brother in law has been hospitalized twice across the street from your hotel this past year. His wife and various family members/friends have spent countless nights at your hotel exhausted at times and pretty stressed with the burden of a sick loved one. Your service and care for us made everyone’s day a bit easier to face knowing a cozy, clean room was waiting when your shift was over. Thank you for your kind words and excellent cleaning service everyday of the stay and especially the extra care you gave my sister in law who just had to say goodbye to her husband to cancer. We give you a 5+ and wish you much success.

This could be a great hotel. My husband and I are currently staying here on a weekend getaway. The mattress has big imprints of bodies but that’s the least of the disappointment. We’ve yet to feel like the staff cares much about guests at all. It’s a phenomenal location and coupled with great customer service, this hotel could be top notch. Getting info on breakfast and Marriott rewards perks has been like pulling teeth. Housekeeping staff doesn’t replace shampoo etc and is loud in the hallway. There are great amenities, like full local gym access, but we had to ask multiple staff to get that info. It shouldn’t be so much work to get basic info at a hotel.

Been here several times and always enjoy location and nice rooms…However upon checking in was told they are under construction and I should expect quite a bit of construction noise. I had several calls I took from my room the next morning and found the noise very noticeable. Also, lobby is completely torn up… I may be back, but definitely not until construction is complete.

The hotel is very nice and it is near to railway station and rooms are very nice and clean

Very bad service. The guy on the reception Mr Hemant tried to loot money from us forcefully by charging extra amount. Requesting everyone not to book this property as it seems that they are SCAMMER.
Don’t pay any advance booking amount before.

Car parking available nearby, which is a luxury here considering traffic of the city

I stayed at the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The rooms are unique, with stunning views. The room rates are reasonable, too. I will come back for sure.

it's a good property to stay with friends and family. Staff is so good and very friendly behaviour. My kids like it very much.Location Is good. Neat & clean property little bit over priced.staff.The mattresses are way too soft, developed back pain. Also the food was a bit on the heavier side

Had a wonderful stay🥰 The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it.🤗
