Bello hotel !!!
Pros:

Excelente hotel , nos encantó su estilo colonial , su ubicación , la atención , el desayuno super rico , su habitación muy buena , todo lo que necesitábamos lo teníamos , solo que tenía poca iluminación, e igual las demás instalaciones en la noche, me pareció muy hermosa su piscina , pero en general muy lindo , volvería en mi próximo viaje !!!

La verdad todo solo el detalle de la poca iluminación en las habitaciones por las noches

The hotel is very nice. I would give the place a better rating if it wasn’t for the incident.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

Someone entered our room and went through our things when we were out. The door was locked and no sign of forced entry. Someone with a master key entered. We did not feel safe nor comfortable with the last night there.

Wonderful stay! We will be going back!
Pros:

Everything was great from the minute we walked in and were greeted. Staff were friendly and eager to assist with luggage, giving recommendations, etc. The restaurant on site had very good food and was convenient. They also offer room service. Rooms were immaculately clean, spacious and had nice high ceilings with a great view from our balcony

Cons:

The bar fridge did not work so we couldn’t keep our drinks cold which is pretty important in the 31 degree heat

Tranquilo y agradable
Pros:

Hotel la merced, es esplendido tanto sus instalaciones con estilo colonial, como por el personal super amable, es un lugar agradable para ir a relajarse y de paso cerca del centro si quieres explorar granada.
