The heating in the accommodation was extremely inadequate, prompting me to lodge a complaint. Unfortunately, when the housekeeper arrived to inspect my room, he was not only discourteous but also attempted to shift the blame onto me by accusing me of having opened the window—which I had not done. This behaviour felt manipulative and dismissive of my genuine concerns. To make matters worse, he made inappropriate remarks about my ethnicity, which were entirely irrelevant to the situation, and even mocked me for being, in his words, “too anglicised.” After such an unpleasant experience, I have no intention of booking this place again. I almost wonder if a refund is possible.

Nothing, especially as I've just received a text from the owner calling me a scammer and a liar because I walked out and had the audacity to complain.
The Plastic sheeting on the floor, the slide latch on the door with no way to secure from outside and it smelt so dirty I left the property within minutes of arrival.
I was told it was the smallest room but it was grim!

We did book last minute but carpet was dirty room was just like a small room in a council house. The room had a cupboard but the door was padlocked all the doors had padlocks on the room was basic but literally a bed .
