Pros:

Great room and service although the team could be better and answering questions ahead of time and on email. While there, the staff were amazing and super welcoming especially the housekeeping team!

Cons:

A bit of a hike to main Kandy town. 20 mins one way. But very peaceful and beautiful setting.

Beautiful place, but room rather noisy

Beautiful pool. Well designed rooms

Cons:

Room was rather noisy. You could hear people walking outside with suitcases, a generator running and a buzzing sound in the room that could not be turned off. Not wat I expect of a 5 star hotel

The staff is very friendly, maybe a bit too friendly as they kept interrupting me while I was reading

I would choose same hotel again
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with nice view. Staff was really nice. Room was spacious and clean. We are really satisfied.

It is a bit far from the city and dinner buffet could have more international food options.
