Fantastic hotel with nice view. Staff was really nice. Room was spacious and clean. We are really satisfied.
It is a bit far from the city and dinner buffet could have more international food options.
Hospitality and professionalism
The buffet dinner could be better in the quality and choice of food.
It is almost 10/10 for a great trouble free stay. Very well maintained and worthy of 5 stars. Will be back again and again😀.
Nit picking, but the car park is a bit small.

I had nothing to not like about
The shower drainage was not working. Was not having smart TV. Too old property. Room allotted was too far . Not good breakfast . Waiters were starting at the food plate. Manager sounds bit rude. The business center was too dirty.

Wonderful stay and excellent service
Earl’s Regency Hotel is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. The food was delicious, the stay was very pleasant, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to provide me with a comfortable room, which truly made my stay happy and memorable.

The kids play area definitely needs some upgrade.
Buffet ottimo, ambiente molto curato e scenografico che è utilizzato anche per matrimoni po. C’è tutto ma proprio tutto e la piscina a fine serata è stata veramente apprezzata.
Non è centralissimo e servono 20 minuti di viaggio per raggiungere il centro. Alla partenza abbiamo chiesto di chiamare un taxi in grado di caricare le valigie e ci è stato detto che non potevamo aiutarci. Alla fine ci siamo organizzati noi con Uber ma per un hotel di quel livello ci saremmo aspettati quel qualcosa di più.
This hotel has really wonderful grounds and views. The entrance lobby and bar are also very special.
The room was really spacious and we loved the decor. It also had a really nice view.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower in the bathroom was a bit scruffy and could do with renovating.
