Staff is helpful but facilities zero . The location is good.

Cons:

They can do a lot better. No hot water. No fans working. Electricity goes is a different issue they don’t have generator as well atleast some basics things they shud have had.

It was a good location with surrounding areas with restaurants, places to shop etc. It was closer for my bus connection

Room was neat, very spacious. The staff were always there to assist me when I called. The food was nice in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable. I like the stay

Cons:

I noticed there is a lot of dust on the door frame, the sink is leaking, the bed is clean, there are some problems with the elevator.
