We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful with a fresh, modern renovation. From the moment we arrived, the staff assisted us with parking and luggage, which made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant.
At reception, I was truly touched that in honor of my birthday we were given a complimentary room upgrade and treated to sparkling wine. There was also a cake waiting for us in the room — such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
The service throughout our stay was of a very high standard. We traveled with our small dog; the pet fee was €25 per night, and parking was €10 per night.
The breakfasts are especially impressive for those who love pastries and desserts — the selection and quality are outstanding. The spa area is very comfortable and well-equipped, featuring three saunas, a hammam, heated stone beds, a pool, and a jacuzzi.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return again.

Это лучший отель в Златиборе! понравилось абсолютно все, начиная от момента заезда и заканчивая выездом из отеля. дружелюбный персонал, чистота, вкусные завтраки. отель для семейного отдыха. номер убирали каждый день. в отеле при заезде было все, что может понадобится: питьевая вода, бритвы, зубные щетки, тапки, халаты... продумано все до мелочей, чтоб отдых удался. всегда все чисто, тихо, не навязчиво. огромная кровать с удобным матрасом, удобные подушки. тепло. (теплый пол) супер спа, куда можно с детьми, нам повезло в отели было мало гостей и спа был не переполнен. большой бассейн, в нем же встроенная джакузи и водопады (надо включать сами) детский бассейн, три сауны, хамам... в воду для сауны добавляют эфирные масла, аромат на весть спа.
негде было просушить после снега обувь и одежду. в номере только полотенце сушитель. других минусов просто нет.

Svideo mi se azijski restoran
Mi smo bili pre par dana kada je temperatura bila oko i ispod nule. U spa centru je bilo prilicno hladno da ako niste u sauni pocinjete posle par minuta da se tresete od hladnoce. Voda u bazenu takodje jako hladna. U celom hotelu je bilo prilicno hladno. Nema one topline koju ocekujete kada udjete u hotel a u spa centru i da ne govorim. Tako da kada iz te ledare odete u sobu da se osusite i ukljucite fen on posle 1-2min se gasi i cekate da se ohladi da bi mogli ponovo da susite kosu. Preporuka za one koji dolaze da ponesu sopstveni fen jer susenje kose postane agonija.
Sobarice ne ulaze u sobu ako ih sami ne pozovete. Hrana koju gosti poruce u sobu kasnije satima stoji u hodniku odnosno ostaci koju gosti izbace. Tako da je moguce da to obilazite i preskacete vise puta u toku dana.
Na odlasku smo cekali racun da nam izdaju vise od 20 min.
Prilicno tiha i cudna atmosfera u hotelu.
