Staying personally and caring with great respect, we respond to all our desires. Special mentions to Milos, who welcomed us very well and was able to personalise our stay This stay was a deeply rejuvenating experience thanks to a constant attention to our well-being. The staff showed exemplary professionalism in meeting each of our expectations with great courtesy. We particularly appreciated the delicacy and respect shown by the whole team during our visit. Every detail has been carefully designed to ensure an atmosphere of serenity and absolute comfort. It was a real privilege to enjoy such a warm and devoted welcome throughout this moment. Pros:

New facility, lovely interior design, really good restaurant , immaculate host service and personal is ready to fulfill any wish, very positive impression

Cons:

New construction is ongoing 10m from one side of the hotel… our balcony view was covered by it. So close proximity did spoil quite a bit overall impression. Otherwise it would be perfect stay

Sve pohvale celom timu i veliko hvala na divnom gostoprimstvu, dobili ste gosta koji će se rado vraćati.
Pros:

Od samog dolaska i srdačnog prijema, preko zaposlenih u SPA centru i na doručku – sve je bilo zaista bez greške. Posebne pohvale direktoru Borku, koji je uvek prisutan i lično se trudi da se svaki gost oseća ne samo dobrodošlo, već zaista posebno.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut - das Abendessen auf der Terrasse (local and international food) und die roof-top-Bar mit Blick über Zlatibor (dort wird auch Asian food angeboten) sind sehr ansprechend. Der indoor-SPA ist luxeriös, outdoor-Pool gibt es aufgrund der Höhenlage von Zlatibor nicht. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Nicht mit dem Hotel in Verbindung stehend: Zlatibor als Ort muss man mögen, es ist ein "kleines Dubai" in den Bergen. Generell gilt für Serbien, dass die touristischen Hinweise verbesserungsfähig sind, und das liegt nicht an der kyrillischen Schrift: Sehenswerte Ausblicke im Nationalpark Tara sind schwer zu finden, Wanderwege schlecht bezeichnet, Zeit- und Kilometerangaben stimmen nicht. Selbst Bosnien-Herzegowina hebt sich hier deutlich ab.
