Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern. Its best feature is the enormous spa pool, which children are permitted to use between 10am and 8pm. It was gorgeous, with spa jets and two waterfalls at one end. Our room for a family of four included a separate room with twin beds for the children, which we liked. Everything felt luxurious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was a fabulous assortment of hot and cold items.
The hotel has a parking garage at additional cost (there are no other options if you arrive by car).
We would definitely stay again!
The restaurant on the ground floor served cold, bland food and should be avoided. Three of the four dishes were served cold. We asked for a replacement for the one that was completely stone cold (a simple pasta dish) and it took 25 minutes to replace, by which time the rest of us had finished eating. There was no apology given and no reduction in the bill offered, which was a shame.

The personalization of the stay as well as the professionalism of the staff was up to the standards of a international hotel which had 15 stars from Forbes that i stayed at, and this one was pretty much up there with it.
