The Bor hotel is surprisingly fine.
Pros:

The breakfast was good; the quality and variety of the food were decent, but I would love to see more fiber-rich, lower-fat options.
The room was very clean and comfortable. I like the interior design; it's on par with newer large-chain hotels. The aircon is new and works well. The windows are high quality and provide effective soundproofing.
The staff is what elevates the hotel from good to great. Everyone we met, from the valet parking to baristas, room service, and concierge, was very friendly and helpful, and treated us with attention and care. Thank you all. You made our retreat a perfect experience.

Cons:

I couldn't connect my laptop to the room TV via HDMI. The TV is completely locked.
The perfume is being automatically sprayed in the halls. The smell is nice, but sometimes (probably when you walk by immediately after it's activated) it's too much. In this case, less is better.
The room service menu is too small for longer stays. It's good (I liked the food), but after a few days, there's nothing new to try.
The housekeeping team is too loud in the morning. They are like an alarm clock, waking you around 8 am.
The drinking water is scarce. The hotel provides 1L for free. The rest you need to buy.
The gym requires some attention. Treadmills are not maintained adequately, so exercise caution when using them.
I want to emphasize that all these issues are minor, and I would love to return to this hotel.

About the location and the town:
IFAIK, there are no superb locations in Zlatibor. At least not in the town. All hotels, including Bor, are midsize buildings with no private land around them. There are construction sites about 10m from the hotel entrance, which are, btw, safety hazards (there are no safety barriers, just sidewalk and a pit). This is not something Bor Hotel can fix; this is how the town operates.

The town itself is beautiful, but there's too much commerce. Every popular place is filled with various tourist attractions, stalls selling something, and salespeople. Around town, there are too many ads with no common theme or style, so it's a poor man's Hong Kong. Another sad thing we observed was a small pine forest in the heart of the town being destroyed to make way for more hotels. The people who run this town do not love it. They use it.

Pros:

Златибор не ми прилича на курорт за почивка а на строителна площадка в голям град,навсякъде големи строежи,шум,прах и мърсотия!Изобщо ужас, бях планувал почивка със семейството си за 4 нощувки но си тръгнахме още веднага след пристигането ни!!!УЖАСНО МЯСТО

Cons:

Лошо отношение,хотела не отговаря на 5 звезди,лоша храна,стаята малка,около хотела много шум и прах от строящи се други хотели,лоша гледка .никога повече не бих отишъл в този хотел и този "курорт"

A nice hotel, But.
Pros:

No smoking hotel which is very rare in Serbia
The elegant lobby
The excellent service of the regular staff
The view from a high floor
The comfortable room
The breakfast

Cons:

The miserable slippers given, which were inferior to any I ever got, led to slipping in the spa. (Picture shows white slipper given at hotel, next to a gray one from a less fancy hotel, but better quality)
Even though I was welcomed and accompanied by a staff member no one said they could be dangerous.
Minor staff members were very helpful after the injury, yet no management members ever thought fit to show up .
Zlatibor itself is in my opinion un ugly ill taste random cluster of hotels.
Staying in the country side would be nicer.

ממש הכל. מלון 5 כוכבים. ספטמבר מדהים עם ביכה מלבנית. מקורה וגדולה. ארוחת כושר מפנקת. יש הכל. גם מנות מיוחדות כמו ביצה בנדיקט...מסעדה יפניתיוזן על הגג.

Cons:

מעט ללכת למרכז. כ 15 דקות. ובכל אופן אם זו לא עונת הסקי אז די משעמם.

Pros:

Generally everything is top notch. Great spa and pool, great maintenance, professional staff. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant views. Close to the city center but in a quiet area.

Cons:

Hair dryer would turn off after a few seconds in hot mode, a replacement was provided but had the same issue.

Not impressed by the dishes that we got for lunch in the hotel restaraunt (I had rizoto and it was too watery).

Fabulous - really recommend!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, with lovely, well-equipped rooms, helpful and friendly staff and fabulous dining and spa facilities. My husband and I ate in the Asian rooftop restaurant on one night and the food and cocktails were fabulous, so the following evening we ate in the main restaurant and again, a fantastic meal. There was also a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. The massages we had were some of the best ever and Mina and Angela were definitely worth asking for if you should decide on a massage. Hotel is well located with shops and restaurants nearby. WE're already working out when to come back!

Очень хороший отель, прекрасный номер, очень красивый отель, дружелюбный персонал, вкусные завтраки и СПА впечатляюще хорош.
Мы останавливались в конце июня, было очень свободно и приятно, погода была идеальной, не так жарко как в Белграде.
