Das Hotel ist sehr gut - das Abendessen auf der Terrasse (local and international food) und die roof-top-Bar mit Blick über Zlatibor (dort wird auch Asian food angeboten) sind sehr ansprechend. Der indoor-SPA ist luxeriös, outdoor-Pool gibt es aufgrund der Höhenlage von Zlatibor nicht. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Nicht mit dem Hotel in Verbindung stehend: Zlatibor als Ort muss man mögen, es ist ein "kleines Dubai" in den Bergen. Generell gilt für Serbien, dass die touristischen Hinweise verbesserungsfähig sind, und das liegt nicht an der kyrillischen Schrift: Sehenswerte Ausblicke im Nationalpark Tara sind schwer zu finden, Wanderwege schlecht bezeichnet, Zeit- und Kilometerangaben stimmen nicht. Selbst Bosnien-Herzegowina hebt sich hier deutlich ab.

Pros:

Nothing to say about this place!
It was simply fantastic. Beautiful hotel, amazing swimming pool and wonderful bedrooms.
It is also close to the center.
It has been some years I haven't seen such a well equipped hotel.

We also tried the room service and the food was delicious!

We really felt that luxury hotel vibe despite the reasonable hotel price. I guess during the winter it is more expensive.

Cons:

The chocolate for children above the mini bar - so our 2 years old saw and wanted..
Also the prices in the mini bar are way too expensive.
