Pros:

Very nice staff, cool room, comfortable & easy to find over the primary avenue. Also share the pool with the Santafe Hotel down town.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba lista, nos hicieron esperar como 40 min, habíamos llegado a las 5 pm y se supone que el check in se puede hacer desde las 3, cuando quisimos pagar aparte de que no recibían transferencias, no tenían efectivo para devolver, la habitación súper pequeña y desde la habitación se podía ver a la persona que se estuviera duchando

El hotel es agradable, es un lugar silencioso y perfecto para descansar; aunque había cabellos en las almohadas y en la cama, el baño no estaba limpio, como uno esperaría.

La higiene, las condiciones o el aspecto de las camas, se ven deterioradas, las paredes del baño se ven sucias y las fundas de las almohadas aparentan no estar bien la adas, usadas o curtidas.
