Velice dobrá lokalita, hotel plně digitalizovaný, pokoje moderní a plně vybavené novým zařízením. V celém hotelu pořádek a čistota. Prostory na uložení lyží a topení pro vysušení lyžařských bot.

Cons:

Rozkládací gauč nebyl úplně komfortní ani pro dítě, velikost v pořádku, ale při každém pohybu pružiny vrzaly.

Good experience overall
Pros:

Beautiful new apartmants in new building. Our apartmant was clean, warm and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen with all apliances, bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Nice little dinning place. Big comfortable bed in the sleeping area. Great balcony with amazing view on the mountain, especially in the mornig when the sun hits the mountain tops.
Nice new concept of check in and all activities trough the app.

Cons:

I'm sorry to say that our experience in Das Lenz was diminished by the fact that hotel logo and data was used in the hacker attack and we have lost 900 euros in this fraud.
Das Lenz was not guilty for this fraud, their data and information was stolen by hackers, but never the less, it left a bitter taste.
Overall, the stay was great, I would recommend Das Lenz to everyone.
