Nightmare

Cons:

Pathetic room. There was Tobacco spitting all around the room. The washroom was absolutely unusable. Stinked as shit. The shower was in a forgettable condition. Pipes were leaking.
The room's bed was in a pathetic condition. Sorry to say but it seemed like a room made for couples to simply have sex and leave.. the staff charged Rs. 200 for this pathetic room which wasn't mentioned on website. Misled by saying that we don't accept online booking while the booking was online. Terribly terrible

Complaint Regarding Poor Room Conditions and Services

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room and bathroom were not clean and were in an unhygienic condition, making it highly uncomfortable for a family stay. Additionally, there was no lift and no AC, which added to the inconvenience.

Despite these poor conditions, the cost of the room was quite high and not justified for the level of service provided. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I request that you take appropriate action to address these issues and consider a partial refund or compensation.

Very bad. This hotel should be banned and removed.

Cons:

The owner demanded more money when I reached the hotel at night around 11:30 PM and said otherwise they won't allow me. When I called OYO customer care they tried to contact the owner but he intentionally didn't pick call. Very bad and rude owner and absolutely worst experience.
