It was a relaxing stay and the location was great. Loved the sea view

OK hotel
Pros:

Staff and location could not be faulted, also the food, both breakfast and evening meal were nice and fairly priced.

Cons:

Bed was very soft for me, and I had a double room at the back, which overlooked the crazy golf and play area, and there was constant noise, had to have the windows open, but they didn't open much and didn't stay open either.
The play area cleary states open until dusk and children to be accompanied by an adult, this was not the case as children were running around alone well after dusk.
Room was very warm but did have a fan.

You shouldn’t be disappointed with location or facilities.
Pros:

The beach front location is really good, the restaurant / cafe was fairly busy, the food looked good. Our cooked breakfast was well presented and good value at £7. The coffee had flavour and was well priced at £2.80.
Staff were outgoing and served with a smile.
Our bedroom was very spacious, the bed and pillow very comfortable. There was a sofa bed ideal for children.
The en-suite again was spacious, and spotlessly clean. I do think the en-suite should have been a wet room or at least have a walk in shower. The shower cabinet with a folding sliding door was a poor design choice( perfectly functional but I would have done it differently😀) . Onsite parking was a bonus. Its good👍

Cons:

No separate entrance to avoid the cafe at busy times. Lack of umbrellas to the outside tables. Too many dogs on the beach.

Was not told prior to arriving that there was a private function in the evening that included a DJ. Initially booked this for a quiet night away with a sea view.

Lovely place to stay, would book again
Pros:

The location and friendliness of staff.
Dog friendly is very important to us and it was a great place to stay for dog lovers.
Great that beach is dog friendly too.

Cons:

Breakfast was good portion and price reasonable. scampi was small portion for price.
Would be good to have more salads on menu.
Need more sun umbrellas outside.
Noticed people using the tables with umbrellas to eat their pack lunch.
