Pros:

Great location. They will store luggage in the lobby for you if you arrive early.

Cons:

There were a couple of squished bugs on the wall above the bed that I had to clean. The window was broken and we had to ask for more toilet paper as there were only a couple of sheets left when we arrived. Overall, only minor things as it was cheap.
