Very nice place but challenging carrying luggage up three flights. Location was very good.

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

Good location. The reception lady was very friendly! Room was clean and bed was cozy.

Très bien placé, à 2 minutes de la place principale.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor para llegar al 2do piso, solo del personal hasta el 1ro. Y el personal no quiso ayudarnos a subir las escaleras entre el 1 y el 2do piso. Así que fue una situación molesta para nosotras

Pros:

La ubicación tan centríca y la relación calidad-precio. Además nos dieron una habitación de la planta de arriba que tenía unas vistas muy bonitas.

Cons:

Para personas con movilidad reducida creo que no cuenta con ascensor, pero en general el hotel está genial ☺️

100% recomendable, hotel acogedor y cuidad preciosa.
Pros:

La recepcionista encantadora.
Nos orientó sobres opciones de aparcamiento más económicas cercanas, qué ver y donde cenar, etc.
Se agradece la amabilidad y que te atiendan en tu idioma. El desayuno muy bien, y la habitación amplia para una familia de 4.

Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Location, staff and facilities A+
Pros:

Breakfast was good value. Shower in the bathroom was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is superb for exploring the historic area - everything you want to see is within very easy walking distance. There are also plenty of options to eat.

Cons:

We would have given 'outstanding' to all categories except for several small things. The first was water! There was a complimentary bottle of filtered water on arrival. However, this wasn't replaced during a multiday stay. When queried, we were told we would have to pay for further bottles - this seemed incredibly meanspirited and quite different to any other hotel stayed in. The second was there is no fridge in the rooms - plenty of room and would really add to the experience in this hot weather. The final is the placing of electric wall sockets. Four located behind the beds and very difficult to use. A bit of a mystery why they are there.

Hotel cercano al centro histórico, ubicación muy buena en una zona muy tranquila. El personal del centro fue muy agradable. La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario para la estancia.
