服務員態度傲慢！對於客人反應的問題回答含糊！登錄的房型跟房價不符合，不同房價的照片混在一起，取高房價的房型計價，還是櫃檯人員親自說出來的！不老實的飯店！這次是我們第二入住，第一次住宿的感覺完全跟這次不同！反正不會再給這家飯店機會了！

沒使用到國旅補助，且沒有下午茶與晚餐，挺可惜的

在谷關吊橋旁，往明治街道也挺便利的

Charming older.style resort in beautiful location
Pros:

This hotel was a surprise, beautiful location and very nice room overlooking the river. It is not modern but very well maintained and charming in its age.
We were the only western guests at the end of the Taiwanese national holiday weekend and felt very welcomed by staff and fellow guests. Lovely hot springs pool area.

Cons:

The room shower has a strong odour from the spring water which was unpleasant. We got around this by showering in the hot springs facility.
Breakfast was buffet style and fairly basic.
