I did stay for the nights in Al Amer palace hotel ,
From the beginning the staff was very kind helpful
And happy . They went beyond amazing with the hospital. I had chance to meet with owner as well

Not a Palace at all
Pros:

Pretty much nothing, very dirty on arrival, booking was canceled as they did not reverse a room. They offered us a different room in another of their hotels but this was so unacceptable bad that we canceled.

Dirty, full of smoke, extremely basic
