Nice stay

Ubicación perfecta, ambiente increíble y trato excepcional
Pros:

La experiencia ha sido muy buena y es un alojamiento que sin duda recomendaría.
La ubicación es perfecta porque está en una zona tranquila pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de todo y del mar, lo que te permite moverte fácilmente sin renunciar a la calma. El ambiente es muy relajado y auténtico.
Además, ofrecen muchísimas opciones como alquiler de bicis, actividades de buceo, etc., lo que hace que todo sea muy cómodo.
Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado y las terrazas son un perfectas para descansar después de un día de buceo, resguardadas del viento y muy agradables.
El personal es otro gran punto a destacar: súper atento en todo momento, siempre hay alguien disponible para ayudarte con lo que necesites. Mención especial a Ahmed, que fue especialmente amable y atento con nosotros.

Cons:

Por poner algo menos positivo (aunque no es culpa del alojamiento), se escuchan perros ladrando de madrugada, lo que puede despertarte puntualmente.

Was good overall but at times frustrating
Pros:

The staff were good when it came to delivering the breakfast each morning. The first day there was construction right by the room I booked so the owner offered me to “upgrade” by moving downstairs. The downstairs rooms have a small terrace which is much better because you can keep away from the smoke in the common areas outside unless someone is smoking in the terrace next to you. The owner compensated for two nights due to some partying young college guests that made it very hard to sleep and relax.

Cons:

The management is not the best. The staff made excuses as to why they weren’t cleaning the rooms regularly and I always had to ask them to clean and then felt like I was burdening them and had to do a lot of emotional labor. I asked for sheet changing after 7 days and they came in and pretended to change but it was the exact same sheets because it had a stain. They seemed to lack a schedule and leadership and the owner doesn’t like taking accountability or feedback. The staff had a language barrier which added significant friction as they would agree but have no idea what you said. It was very frustrating.

I literally just asked them for cleaning supplies to clean myself because it was so frustrating to ask and get a proper clean. Finally they did a full clean on one of the days. I was washing laundry several days from the sink because I was too ill to go out and they waited until the last day to offer me to use their laundry in the back which could have saved so much hassle. I was hanging clothes on the dead tree in front of the terrace and they just let me do it the whole time instead of showing me that they had everything in the back.

It is not a bad place to stay and it’s better than most in this town I think honestly because it seems to be a universal issue and when I first checked in the room was cleaned well. They bring breakfast included daily and they don’t have bad hearts but there could be improvements to make it more comfortable and less frustrating.

Empfehlenswertes Low Budget Hotel
Pros:

Das preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal vor allem der Hotelmanager, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great value , clean and comfy in quiet, easily accessible location.
Pros:

If you have the breakfast at Al Deira it's filling and tasty, if you take it down at the beach it's a smaller and more basic but you get the view by the water .to compensate! Room was a great size, comfortable and clean with a little porch where you can sit outside. Nice shower and good sized bed. Wifi was stable. There is a rooftop but it's not set up for hanging out so I didn't go up there after checking out the 360 views. The staff were friendly and available. Will definitely go back if I return to Dahab. Best value I found after checking out several places in the town.

Cons:

Rooftop would be a really nice place to spend some time if it was more set up for that. Otherwise , great job!

Pros:

Alles war sehr gut organisiert, bereits die Kommunikation mit Mohammed im Vorfeld per WhatsApp klappte hervorragend. Wir wurden pünktlich im Hotel in Dahab abgeholt sowoe rechtzeitig zum Flughafen nach Sharm el sheik gebracht. der Beduinenfahrer aus dem Camp stellte sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein und hielt sogar für Fotostopps in der traumhaften Landschaft. Auch die Sinai-Exkursion mit Beduinenführer klappte einwandfrei. Sehr gute Info erhalten und auch der Ausflug zum Katharinenkloster am zweiten Tag verlief einwandfrei. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

I love the laid back, friendly atmosphere at Al Deira. You can always meet nice people at breakfast. The location is great, and the garden is quiet and peaceful. The staff is always there to help! Highly recommend! :)
