Die Lage ist super. Das Apartment war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht ausreichend, um sich darin ordentlich selbst zu verpflegen. Absolute Minimalausstattung. Das Ekligste war die Geschirrbürste, die ist anscheinend schon seit Jahren Teil der Ausstattung. Der Esstisch ist ein Witz. Wenn 4 Teller draufstehen, ist der Tisch voll. Keine sonstige Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Tisch ist total wackelig. Der Mini-Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht ordentlich. Zu guter Letzt ist der Industrie-Fahrstuhl im Gebäude eine echte Lotterie. Mehrfach in den Tagen hat dieser nicht funktioniert. Da das Apartment in der 4. Etage liegt, ist das extrem ärgerlich.

Family stay
Pros:

Good location, easy to to reach city center with metro. Apartment was very clean and overall great for a short stay. Enough room for 3 people. Appliances to cook some basic food at home.

Cons:

Keep in mind that you'll have to climb stars to 4th floor (5-6th depending if you count ground floor)

Pratique à tous points de vue et permettant de très bien profiter de Copenhague.
Pros:

Emplacement proche du centre ville, très bien desservi et très proche de la plage pour des footings matinaux formidables. Accès à une salle de fitness très pratique pour garder la forme.

Cons:

Manque un canapé pour une pose assise plus confortable.

Spokojny i komfortowy pobyt w Kopenhadze
Pros:

Obiekt mieścił się na 4 piętrze, był bardzo cichy, czysty i z miłym zapachem, w bardzo dobrym stanie; pościel przyjemna, czysta i pachnąca; ręczniki duże i komfortowe - to wszytko dawało odczucie zadowalającego komfortu. Łóżka bardzo szerokie, miały bardzo przyjemne, choć dość miękkie materace. Dostęp do apartamentu poprzez elektroniczne kody numeryczne był wygodny i pozwalał wracać mieszkańcom niezależnie od siebie. Mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe (po naprawieniu kaloryfera). Ogrzewana podłoga w łazience dawała bardzo przyjemne odczucie. Kuchania kompletnie wyposażona. Dostępne były: płyta grzewcza na 2 grzejniki, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki (z małym zestawem kapsułek do użycia), mała zmywarka, lodówka. Brakowało piekarnika.
Na dole budynku kawiarnia i darmowa dla mieszkańców sala fitnes. Blisko do stacji metra i obok Lidla, gdzie można było codziennie robić tanie zakupy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcami, którzy szybko reagowali na nasze uwagi. Dzięki bliskości do linii metra (M2) bardzo dobry dostęp miasta, a przy okazji krótki transfer na lotnisko. W połączeniu z koleją i autobusami można sprawnie znaleźć się w każdym miejscu w okolicy. W pobliżu znajduje się wybrzeże z plażą i saunami, ale w czasie naszego zimowego pobytu tylko poszliśmy obejrzeć okolicę. Miejscowi regularnie tu biegają i odwiedzają sauny.

Cons:

Otwarty układ prysznica w łazience wymagał wytarcia podłogi po każdorazowej kąpieli - przydałby się sprzęt, żeby to dobrze zrobić. Na szczeście można było wykorzystać ręcznik do stóp.
W kuchni brakowało dużych kubków na herbatę.
