Very distressing & dampened our stay for the night as we were still shaken by the experience we all felt.
Pros:

Cons:

What I don’t like about the property is the way the management deals with an incident that had occurred at check in.
Upon check in at One of the premier deluxe twin VIP room one of our group member felt that there were negative energy surrounding the room and on that particular level.
The rest of our group went up to check it out & we all felt the same of discomfort.

We did talk to the supervisor on duty to explain our discomfort experience on many occasions however the problem was brushed away with, we can’t do anything at the moment, we need to wait.

We end up abandoning the room as we do not feel comfortable staying in that room although it cost us a lot of money. We felt that the management did not deal with the solution well.
We end up taking matters in our own hands by us squeezing in and making changes.
We will not recommend staying at this property due to the way we were treated.
