A wonderful relaxing retreat
Pros:

The concierge Mr. King was so helpful and so kind and thoughtful. We definitely gave him a 10 out of 10. And also Mr. Truyen Ngo front of house supervisor helped us organise our bus trip and taxi further north. We were so grateful for his help again another 10 out of 10. Both gentlemen could converse with us easily in English.
We highly recommend this hotel.
