Pros:

Hôtel idéalement placé, dans le district 1, au coeur de la ville mais très calme pour autant. Personnel très gentil et disponible, système de bagagerie très pratique
Bon petit déjeuner

Pros:

Ottima la posizione e a pochi passi dal lungo fiume. La camera bella con vista sul fiume Mekong. Pulizia della stanza così così ho trovato dei biscotti e delle ciabatte sotto il letto. Servizi in generale non da 5 stelle. Colazione più asiatica con poca scelta per cittadini occidentali.

Cons:

Pulizia camere.
Alla colazione i piatti che finisco vengono riassorbiti con molta calma

Good location, tasty breakfast and great staff
Pros:

Great location - 5 minute walk to the Ninh Kieu Wharf, where you can go to book tours or find restaurants, cafes, or street foods. We stayed at the hotel during day 4-6 of Tết, the Vietnamese New Year, so Ninh Kieu was colorful and beautiful day or night.

Check in was easy. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They can use a concierge desk to help guests with booking tours.

Breakfast was good with a hot Vietnamese dish and desserts, which we preferred as we always want to eat the local food, that was freshly prepared every morning. There are a salad bar and Western food too. Coffee was good and came with various options.

Without a concierge staff at the hotel, we had to book a tour ourselves with a company called Vietnam Booking, which seemed to be successsful because they charged us a full amount, but it turned out Not. The day of the tour, no one showed up or called. We got help from a young lady at reception named Lê Nhân, who spent a lot of time helping us getting our money refund.

The young lady working at the bar/lounge, Lê Quỳnh, was very friendly and helpful too. When we asked, she gave us good recommendations of restaurants.

We can recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff like Lê Nhân and Lê Quỳnh.

Cons:

Have a Concierge desk to help with booking tours and such.

Abbiamo dovuto telefonare tre volte alla reception per avere la stanza pulita il primo giorno. Per la colazione il primo giorno vi hanno detto di tornare dopo mezz’ora perché era pieno. Mai successo in nessun hotel in un mese di Vietnam…
