Neutral but will looks for better one next time
Pros:

Good location, good price

Cons:

My room is not recently cleaned. Looks like it’s been cleaned long time ago. Toilet seat halfway fails off. The Water boiler doesn’t work due to the power cord broken, request for replacement but hotel sent a person to look and twist the cord to make its work. I’d a short stay so I don’t care but not really satisfied

Bel hôtel, excellent emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement, la vue imprenable sur le Mékong de notre chambre, la très belle salle de bains, le lit très confortable.

Cons:

Reveil à 7h du matin par des bruits de déménagement de la salle de réception au-dessus.
Les tâches sur la moquette sont incompatibles avec le standard de l'hôtel.
Pas de rouleau de papier toilette supplémentaire.
Trop de clim dans le lobby, et le bar, il y faisait beaucoup trop froid! La musique "lounge" partout en permanence.
