Great potential but overall uninspired
Pros:

Great views. Good range of breakfast options but heavily reliant on pre cooked / buffet approach.

Cons:

Mini bar almost empty on arrival with bad odours. Made requests to have it filled so we would not be charged on leaving. Two requests merely saw 4 soft drink cans appear but no beer, other alcohol or chocolate bar/noodles. Another two follow-ups elicited no response. It was only on checkout that we were told everything would be okay and that some mini bar items had expired.

Det ville have været optimalt hvis vi havde fået to sammenhængende værelser . Vi havde dog ikke selv bedt om det.

We loved our stay here. Wonderful staff, beautiful decor, great food.
Pros:

Various areas to relax, eat, have a drink and infinity pool.
Our dinner at the Restaurant on level 3 was superb! I had the soft shell crab and my friend had the Baked River Prawn Thermidor. Excellent wine by the glass as well.
The Spa Combo treatment of hair wash and neck & shoulder massage was very relaxing.

Cons:

We kept having to ask for toilet paper. There was never a spare roll and they would only give us one when we ran out.

Pros:

Amazing hotel in a very good location near the riverside in Can Tho. We had a fabulous room, real luxury- especially after a couple of days in a homestay on the Mekong Delta. Rooftop pool was lovely, and we had it to ourselves for most of the afternoon.

Cons:

If I had to pick one thing, I'd say some of the staff were not quite as helpful as other places we've stayed in Vietnam...but that really is a minor issue.
