Al llegar al hospedaje no me pude quedar porque la reserva se me la pusieron para otra sede con la que trabajan ellos, y no me notificaron ni nada. Luego ne salen con que me toca caminar hasta el otro sitio con equipaje y todo como 10 minutos para poder hacer el check inn, entonces decidí no hospedarme con ellos.

Podrían mejorar este lugar y fumigar por tema de cucarachas

La habitación está bastante descuidada y mira que no molesto mucho pero la venta no cierra y el ruido de la calle no deja descansar la persona que está en recepción por las noches se pone a mirar vídeos y juegos en el teléfono causando ruidos muy molestos y también tenía pequeñas cucarachas que eso ya fue lo peor

La amabilidad de la recepcionista al recibir al turista es muy importante y Noelia la recepcionista cumple con muchos atributos es una persona muy amable y simpática y con una sonrisa siempre y eso se agradece muchísimo felicidades a todo el personal incluida el personal de aseo

Estadía PÉSIMA

Cons:

Reservamos el hotel Costa Sur a través de Booking y al llegar nos informaron que en realidad la estadía era en otro hotel (Continental), diciendo que “era lo mismo”, aunque claramente no tiene el mismo nombre ni fue lo que reservamos. Esto nos generó incomodidad, ya que el taxi nos dejó en la dirección inicial y tuvimos que trasladarnos nuevamente. Además, nos suspendieron el servicio de agua por más de una hora sin previo aviso, afectando nuestra estadía. Para completar, el personal fue grosero y la atención no fue para nada buena.
