La amabilidad de la recepcionista al recibir al turista es muy importante y Noelia la recepcionista cumple con muchos atributos es una persona muy amable y simpática y con una sonrisa siempre y eso se agradece muchísimo felicidades a todo el personal incluida el personal de aseo

Estadía PÉSIMA

Cons:

Reservamos el hotel Costa Sur a través de Booking y al llegar nos informaron que en realidad la estadía era en otro hotel (Continental), diciendo que “era lo mismo”, aunque claramente no tiene el mismo nombre ni fue lo que reservamos. Esto nos generó incomodidad, ya que el taxi nos dejó en la dirección inicial y tuvimos que trasladarnos nuevamente. Además, nos suspendieron el servicio de agua por más de una hora sin previo aviso, afectando nuestra estadía. Para completar, el personal fue grosero y la atención no fue para nada buena.

a) Tiene buena ubicación, b) El aire acondicionado te salva del calor de la isla y c) El personal es amable.

Cons:

a) las habitaciones son pequeñas y básicas. Algunas habitaciones no tienen ventanas, b) Es un hotel pequeño pero no ofrece servicios extra. Si deseas comprar una bebida o comer algo no hay opción de comprarlo en el hotel.

En la app se muestra una información que no corresponde a lo que ofrecen. Cuidado con la acomodación. Le botaron la responsabilidad a booking cuando la información la publican ellos. Me toco llegar el 24 de diciembre a buscar hospedaje para un grupo de 7 porque las habitaciones no correspondían a lo que se alquilo.

Está en un lugar céntrico.

Cons:

El hotel es muy poco higiénico y costoso. El colchón apestaba a excremento. No había ventilación. Se fue la luz la última noche.
