Creo que el número de la casa debería tener un poco más de visibilidad ya que los árboles del frente dificultan un poco el poder ubicarse

バスルームが狭すぎるのと、シャワーの排水が悪く、シャワーを使う度に床がびしょ濡れになってしまう

The shower partition is unreasonable because the water splashes out every where which causes a flood onto the bathroom floor which means I used the bath towels after the shower to soak up the water. Also, I noticed the corner upholstered chair is dirty. Like dirty, dirty. As were the cushions on the sofa but so was the sofa dirty as were the cushions on the dining chairs. I doubt that was part if the decor. Maybe the furniture were all second hand. But just obviously dirty. The floors were also very dirty. I know this because of the water I stepped on and when I walked to the living room my feet were black and the floors got muddy! I wondered were the sheets cleaned? I also found used hand towels placed over the shampoo bottle. Cleaning lady probably didn’t clean the bathroom. The kitchen sponge were filled with bacteria it even had black lint! I knew not to put food directly onto the bowl I layered paper towels on the bowl first just to warm up plantains because there’s no way that sponge was sanitary. I could have gotten food poisoned. I had brought my own plastic forks. It is too high priced unfortunately. It’s aesthetically appealing but for the price they ask you may as well stay in South Beach or Brickell.

Se sale el agua de la ducha y moja todo el baño. Además tuvimos un problema con el sistema electrónico de la puerta de entrada a nuestro departamento. Llegamos de comer tipo 01:00 am, no abría la puerta por más que le metimos el código. Resultó estar dañada. Nos quedamos afuera con todas nuestras cosas dentro sin poder resolver el problema. Tuvimos que entrar por la ventana del baño, mi marido casi se cayó dentro del baño ya que la ventana es estrecha. Enviamos mensaje al alojamiento pero nos apareció un mensaje donde nos decía que el horario de atención es de 08:00 a 10:00 pm, nos sentimos solos y sin saber qué hacer por un rato hasta que decidimos entrar por nuestros propios medios. Luego nos llamaron por teléfono cuando ya estábamos acostados para pedir las disculpas y coordinar el reparo. Sin embargo, sentimos que la administración al día siguiente se dedicó a enviarnos mensajes con el objetivo de que no les perjudicara a ellos su reputación ni que la aplicación los fuera a sancionar o nosotros pidiéramos un reembolso, pero no porque realmente le importara la situación. Una pena.

We had planned to stay at Casa Agave during a recent trip to Miami, but unfortunately we didn’t end up staying. While the listing looked nice online, our experience trying to arrive there at night raised a few concerns:
The location was very difficult to locate after dark. There were no clear signs or markers, and we spent quite a bit of time driving around trying to find it. There was no street parking available for our rental car, which made arriving even more stressful. If you’re driving in, especially with luggage, this is something to be aware of. The area didn’t feel very safe at the time we were arriving (late evening), which made us uncomfortable getting out of the car or exploring the surroundings.
Overall, while the property itself may be pleasant during the daytime, our arrival experience left us uneasy and ultimately led us to find alternative accommodation. If you plan to arrive after dark or are unfamiliar with the area, it might be worth confirming parking options and exact directions well in advance.

We where supposed to get the codes for the gate and room 2 hours before check-in time (4 pm) arrived little after 6 pm. Nothing, called numbers provided, again nothing for almost 2 hours. Luckily another we were traveling with got theirs so weren't left sitting on the sidewalk for 2 hours. "Apartment " was very small, hard for 2 people to move at the same time.
