Pros:

Hôtel très sympa, et vraiment bien placé.

Pros:

El sitio en lo que respecta el personal, muy bien, educados, sobre todo el chico calvo, realmente encantador. Por otro lado, el lugar esta realmente muy mal insonorizado, se escucha todo el ruido de fuera, los carros, motos, gente de los pasillos, si se sabe de antemano, que la zona es ruidosa, al menos tener un buen sistema de insonorización. Los fines de semana, el ruido empera en la noche-madrugada. Y en las mañanas, escuchas el ruido de la cocina, por ende, de las personas que cocinan y de las que estan desayunando. Por ese lado decepcionante, calidad/precio. Lo demás, todo bien :)

Le Botánica est un hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable, El Poblado. Son personnel est très disponible et ses petits déjeuners délicieux. La chambre était spacieuse et joliment agencée et le lieu très accueillant et propre

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et était peu insonorisée. C’est le seul problème de cet hôtel, l’insonorisation interne et externe

Prima veblijf als je een vaste slaper bent.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Ligging is heel goed. Hele fijne douche en voor mij een goed bed.

Cons:

De gehorigheid! Zeker als er een gast is die veel geluid maakt. Daardoor en door de regen en het verkeer erg slecht geslapen. En er is, op de begane grond geen raam.

Robbed while sleeoing! Terrible and dramatic stay!!!
Cons:

We were robbed while we were sleeping. The prepetrators had a stun spray, which they sorayed into the air so we wouldn't wake up.
They took all our money, jewelry, and credit and debit cards.
Everything was in the safe, which was opened without force. There were no signs of forced entry on either the front door or the balcony door. This leads to the conclusion that there must have been complicity on the part of hotel staff. The Front desk has a Master key that is freely accesibel to all employees.
We have not yet received the surveillance footage nor details from the report to the insurance company that provides their liability coverage and hotel policy.
Avoid booking this hotel at all costs.
A similar robbery took place at this hotel back in October.

Alt i alt et super godt ophold.
Pros:

Alt var helt perfekt. Værelset var rent og pænt. Beliggenheden var perfekt gå afstand til mad og indkøb, og ca 10 minutters gang til el Poblado. Receptionisterne var super søde og hjælpsomme, og generelt er der ikke en finger at sætte på vores ophold her. Kæmpe anbefaling.

Cons:

Personalet i køkkenet som serverede morgenmad havde en virkelig kedelig attitude. Maden var fin, men de virkede sure, i dårligt humør og trætte af gæsterne allerede fra morgenstunden. Man følte sig ikke velkommen. Det var ærgerligt.

O chuveiro era maravilhoso!! O melhor de todos os hoteis que eu estive!

O quarto era pequeno, a janela dava para a recepção, sendo impossivel de abrir. A cama king size, o lado mais usado era côncavo, como se tivesse um buraco, muito desconfortável.

Los cuartos no tienen ventanas. El colchón estaba muy malo, el desyuno lo sirven después de 8 am. Si sales mas temprano te vas sim desayuno, como fue mi caso en las dos habitaciiones que reservé. Nos cobraron las dos noches a pesar que dejamos la habitación despúes de la primera noche. Preferimos irnos a otro hotel. No tiene ascensor y las habitaciones estan en los pisos superiores.

The location was great, the staff were quite friendly and provided enough advice when asked.
The room was very nice, with a great shower which is nice when you are away for a while. The breakfast provided a good selection and was tasty. They were also accommodating when we departed early to provide breakfast half an hour earlier.
