Personalet i køkkenet som serverede morgenmad havde en virkelig kedelig attitude. Maden var fin, men de virkede sure, i dårligt humør og trætte af gæsterne allerede fra morgenstunden. Man følte sig ikke velkommen. Det var ærgerligt.

O quarto era pequeno, a janela dava para a recepção, sendo impossivel de abrir. A cama king size, o lado mais usado era côncavo, como se tivesse um buraco, muito desconfortável.

Los cuartos no tienen ventanas. El colchón estaba muy malo, el desyuno lo sirven después de 8 am. Si sales mas temprano te vas sim desayuno, como fue mi caso en las dos habitaciiones que reservé. Nos cobraron las dos noches a pesar que dejamos la habitación despúes de la primera noche. Preferimos irnos a otro hotel. No tiene ascensor y las habitaciones estan en los pisos superiores.

The breakfast starts too late + it’s complicated since there are no many seats you need to wait until people finish to eat

Top 3 things, noise/construction all day, ants in my room, and complaints about everything when we spent over $1000 USD. I didn’t like of the stay were the interior rooms the windows face the lobby, and the inside of the hotel, meaning if you walk in the hotel not whispering (like they asked us to do, please be quiet after 10pm…) you would hear even a pin drop from the rooms. The walls are beyond thin, and the windows aren’t even glass facing inwards, they are partition board which makes the sounds even worse.
Next, the downstairs room my aunt was in was infested with ants, she woke up from a nap and her sweets were covered with little ants and all corners of the room.
As well as the $15 extra if you want your friend to come up stairs to your room, each night. That doesn’t include the breakfast for your friend in the morning either.
When paying a lot of money, putting your trust into a place for 5 nights, and you book 3 separate rooms you would atleast hope it would be a little more accommodating.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t whisper, want to have friends over, and want to have a good time. I think I over projected for the value of my stay and it under preformed. Please save yourself some money and go to a Hilton or air bnb. It looks like they spent the least amount of money to get this place up and running and stopped there. Our 3rd floor room had a gap between the roof and the outside where you could see out.

Incredibly noisy. And not only because of the road noise, but you can hear everything going through the pipes from other rooms. People waking and showering early (or going to the toilet) woke us up both days.

The breakfast room is too small.

El cuarto está muy pequeño, literal cuando abres la puerta topa con la cama y dificulta el acceso. Es un cuarto bastante sencillo, se escuchan las voces de las personas cuando caminan en el pasillo y el techo incluso es como de una especie de lámina. Todo lo anterior creo que no son aspectos tan graves; lo que en verdad no me gustó es que ni el baño ni la regadera tienen ventilación o alguna especie de extractor, lo que ocasiona que cualquier olor o vapor del baño se queda concentrado en el cuarto.

Breakfast was just ok, nothing special but quick and hot. The coffee wasn’t the greatest. We opted to walk to one of the nearby shops instead the next few days for morning coffees.
