Pros:

Einfach alles hat uns gefallen, die Einrichtung (Industrie-Design), das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage. Falls wir je wieder nach Medellin kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder da hin.

Comodidad, seguridad y buen ambiente
Pros:

Un poco reducido el espacio para 3 personas, pero las camas muy comodas, el lugar muy limpio y la atenciòn de los chicos muy buena, super bien ubicado, recomendaria su lugar 100% sin duda

Es bonito pero es más sencillo de lo que parece en fotos
Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, la cama y las almohadas son cómodas. En general es estéticamente bonito.

Cons:

El cuarto está muy pequeño, literal cuando abres la puerta topa con la cama y dificulta el acceso. Es un cuarto bastante sencillo, se escuchan las voces de las personas cuando caminan en el pasillo y el techo incluso es como de una especie de lámina. Todo lo anterior creo que no son aspectos tan graves; lo que en verdad no me gustó es que ni el baño ni la regadera tienen ventilación o alguna especie de extractor, lo que ocasiona que cualquier olor o vapor del baño se queda concentrado en el cuarto.

Cute place, relaxing vibes. Would stay again!
Pros:

Cute little place! Just slightly off the main area of el Poblado but easy walking distance. The balcony room was adorable, showers were hot. It was very clean. The staff were friendly.
Anyone complaining about noisy isn’t familiar with Latin America and busy cities. City noise is normal and this place was relatively quiet compared to other areas. No nearby clubs to keep you up and not on a main road so less traffics noise.
Overall would stay here again!

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok, nothing special but quick and hot. The coffee wasn’t the greatest. We opted to walk to one of the nearby shops instead the next few days for morning coffees.

Solid hotel in good area, some rooms with no windows

Buenas estancia.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy lindas igual que las fotografías, el desayuno 20 de 10, la ubicación genial el sector es bastante tranquilo se encuentran restaurantes y súper mercados, los recepcionistas siempre atentos a cualquier inquietud.

Cons:

Bueno en la habitación que me tocó fue en el primer piso se escuchaba todo no tienen insonorización, pero con uno tapones en lo oidos todo mejora 😉.

J’ai adoré, et je recommande !
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Lorsque je suis arrivée, l’Internet ne fonctionnait pas. Mais on a gentiment partagé la connexion Internet pour que je puisse communiquer. Et le lendemain matin, la situation était rétablie. On avait pris soin de nous envoyer un message pour nous dire qu’ils étaient désolé de la situation, et qu’ils allaient rétablir l’Internet le plus rapidement possible. Le personnel était très gentil pour répondre à nos questions.
