Gentilezza dello staff, ottima colazione e ottima posizione. Doccia grande.
La stanza era claustrofobica, senza nemmeno una finestra. Non passava un filo d aria, non c era proprio il ricircolo. Era impossibile capire che momento della giornata fosse. Era presente l’aria condizionata ma ovviamente non è la stessa cosa. Era presente anche un ventilatore a soffitto ma rumoroso.

La cama y las almohadas eran cómodas y la ducha tenía muy buena presión.
Los trabajadores geniales, especialmente la mujer que daba los desayunos, que no estaban mal.
La habitación a pesar de ser una doble superior era muy pequeña, no entraban ni las maletas.
La luz era escasa y la ventana daba al pasillo, por lo que no podías abrir ni estando dentro ni estando fuera.
Había bichitos por toda la pared y por consiguiente en la cama y el lavabo, que estaban pegados a la pared.

Breakfast was great, most of the staff were lovely except for one man working at night who was rude and unhelpful.
It’s extremely noisy and also there was a loud repetitive mechanical noise every 5minutes at night so it was impossible to sleep. When I went to reception the man working was rude and didn't want to help me, I tried to ask in spanish to switch rooms (which isn't perfect but is pretty good I’m B1 level and can hold a conversation even if i do have an accent) and the man said he doesn’t speak english and just ignored me, just went back to watching tv on his phone - when I messaged on the whatsapp they weren’t helpful either.
Also theres no windows - it’s just all concrete and only opens up into the inside rooms.

Love food choices, location and great staff
The room had a great size, lovely architecture and amazing lighting . Shampoo smells really good and it was a quiet room . Breakfast was very good as well.
