A pretty location, tooth rattling bar speakers, good value, clean rooms.
Pros:

The lake is beautiful.
I found my room to be very clean and the price was agreeable. I was quite comfortable.
Wifi was pretty consistent and dependable.
It's very peaceful when the music is off.

Cons:

The restaurant food was a little disappointing (bland), but breakfast included enough options.
The music from the bar was extremely loud and carried across the parking lot into my room. If you don't like having your ribcage vibrated by a thumping bass for 8 hours a day, ask for a room at the back of the hotel (it's typical Tanzanian volume, but too much for me).
The plumbing was... interesting. Shower before flushing the toilet (the toilet tank is filled from the hot water tank). And be careful with the bidet sprayer (also gets very HOT if the heater has been on).
