Good option to be close to the parks!
Pros:

Great view from floor 11! Very spacious room as well and great location

Cons:

Kitchen was old/dirty. Toilet stopped flushing at some point

everything about the property was false and fake
It’s say a hotel meanwhile it’s an apartment.
It’s a residential building, tenants live in the property.
It’s also says no dogs, as I am allergic to dogs, but the tenants in the property have dogs, everything about this property is all lies lies lies

Cons:

The pictures display is fake, it’s not looking like how it’s appears on the advert.

You said it’s a hotel meanwhile it’s a residential building and it’s still expensive.

Très bon établissement, parfait pour visiter Canton ou aller à la Canton Fair
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé quasiment en face du métro (100m), les chambres sont des appartements avec kitchenette (très spacieux). Restos et épiceries en bas de l’hôtel, très appréciable car l’hôtel ne propose pas le petit déjeuner et les repas.

Pros:

Guangzhou suddenly got colder. I was originally worried that staying in a hotel would be cold, but the twin room I booked turned out to be excellent. Both beds are very spacious, with thick and soft bedding that keeps you warmly covered. The air conditioning works well too; turning on the heating quickly drives away the chill. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and is stable, so after a shower, your whole body feels warm. The room is cleaned very thoroughly. The location is convenient as well, with a convenience store and breakfast shop downstairs, so on cold days you don't have to go far to get something hot. The WiFi is smooth, and you can even boil some water yourself to drink. The twin room is perfect for two close friends.

Nothing it was a horrible experience

Cons:

This property was nothing like the photos described, I had arrived for the canton fair and needed a good place to rest however I received an abomination of a hotel. It is hard to call it a hotel it can be more accurately described as a hostel private room. I would never recommend this place please as a foreigner DO NOT book this hotel.
