I loved Guangzhou, I love the grand entrance and the location of the Intercontinental
Pros:

Lee. L on guest relations at reception was AMAZING!!! Helped me solve everything and was 24/7 attentive. A hotel is about the staff to a certain degree and Lee was brilliant.

Mr.Lee made our stay at Intercontinental exeptional.
Pros:

The hotel itself was great; very clean and spacious. The staff were the ones who made the stay so pleasant for my family and I. Mr.Lee specifically stood out to us. His service was a 10 out of 10! His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and something you don’t see at every hotel.
