Staff are always nice and food is good. Comfy beds and good location for work.
Room air con on/off button didn’t work. Reported and fixed for an hour then would turn off and button not work again. Room was too hot so didn’t sleep well at all for the 3 nights.
Excellent breakfast overall facilities were excellent
The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff are very friendly and location for Paultons park is 15 minutes away. There's a kids room with good toys and TV , fabulous.!
The menu for evening meal could be extended? We don't eat meat, so a fish burger or veg lasagne would be good to see on the menu . Please The breakfast is fabulous.
I like the swimming pool
It is a bit old
Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area and gym were very good. Breakfast was great. The little extras for my 4 year old, such as free meal with a main, and cookie and milk for bed time.
Sauna and female changing rooms under maintenance so couldn’t use the sauna and the female changing rooms were dark. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. And the wait for food was well over an hour in the evening. Resulting in it being put in a take away box. They did how ever give me and my son a free drink as a gesture of good will.

One electric charger only for the whole car park
Early check-in, comfy bed with crisp, clean, fresh linen, plenty of pillows, helpful staff, great swimming pool, room near health club entrance so could just walk from my room to the pool in costume with towel, slept well.
Worried as no safety chain on door unlike some other Holiday Inn Hotels. Maintenance do not work week-ends so not replaced. Coffee machine HDI Express West End makes better coffee! Obviously not the fault of Holiday Inn but waited over an hour and a half for a taxi but still no driver!
