Me encantó que es super kids-friendly de verdad nos demuestra que el mundo puede ser más inclusivo con los niños. El hotel está limpio, ordenado, bonito. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Las camas ricas. Tiene restaurante muy bueno y el desayuno es bastante variado. Te cuidan mucho si tenés alergias alimentarias. El personal es muy amable. Tienen un área de juegos para niños lo cual se agradece muchísimo ya que ellos necesitan esos espacios sobre todo cuando ya tienen días viajando. Gracias por tomar en cuenta en todo a la población pediatría del mundo. Muy agradecida con la estadía y lo súper recomiendo.

People was partying all night and kept us awake with talking and music till around 3 am
Pool and Jacuzzi. Good location for Paultons Park and New Forest
Pool needs to be booked in slots and this was not specified on the booking.com site. Kids banned from Jacuzzi. There is no need for this, we have been to German waterparks where the water is warmer than they are allowed. Sofa bed has hard springs and is uncomfortable

The room was clean but the bedding for the sofa bed was stained
Loved how child friendly it was and the facilities were far above what you’d expect from a typical holiday inn. Usually venture out of the hotel but chose to spend the whole evening making use of all the facilities.

The food was awful, the menu change has resulted in overpriced and poor variety on the adults menu. Took ages to check in despite only one group in front, no self check in option to avoid this issue. We had a room for 3 of us and the sofa bed was horrific for our little girl, so hard and uncomfortable.
