Location perfect for an overnight stay before our cruise.
Staff were friendly and welcoming and we were given a special voucher for a free drink and a welcome card as the randomly selected guest of the day

We were attending a Wedding and arrived back just before midnight only to find the Hotel in darkness. There were two guests before us trying to gain entry. They said they had been there a while.There was a notice on a stand with a number to phone, this they had done to no avail. They tried again while we were waiting, no response. Inn the end one of the people managed to open the door otherwise we felt we would be there all night.
Once in the Hotel a member of staff appeared and the two guests did speak to him about this issue we did not take part in the discussion as by this point we just wanted to get to our room .
Surely. a member of staff should at least be on reception for the safety and security of all the guests. It did not fill me with any confidence if there was evacuation with the lack of personnel on duty.
The staff at this hotel are so polite and friendly. Always a good welcome and great service in the restaurant. Hotel is modern and clean. Great value for money and the breakfast is great.

Location and nothing else
Staff attitude. Ridiculous breakfast policy and organisation. Bath tub was manky so didn’t have a bath. Towels were poor. Bed was two singles shoved together.

The swimming pool was bit too old
Really friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed the pool and our child loved it. The play area is also a nice add-on.
