The Staff were exceptional. I actually downgraded my kingsize room to a double room which was quiet and a better outlook
location wise - there is no nearby shop or bus route - the closest amenities are in Eastligh so you do need to factor in cab fares

The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.
The hotel was in a great location and an easy walk into town. It is also well placed for access into Southampton for those cruising.
A slight error with the room, which the manager rectified efficiently.
