Pros:

Deplorable Firstly nobody was there at the reception. Then we weee allotted a room with used bed sheets. When we opened the shelf, we noticed an underwear in the shelf let by the previous guest... After one hour, electricity went out. For about one hour, thwre was no light or fan. Then they started the generator......... During the time, there was no electrcity connection in any of the plugs to recharge my mobile phone....... So I need a refund...

Ready to argue. Not stayed there, still they did not refund. Not stayed there. Seen the room & out

It was horrible experience. Nothing to like. Not stayed there, Saw the room and just got out within 5 min. They intentionally take the money first and did not refund. Unprofessional and rude behaviour. Blacklist this property.

Cons:

The entire property was managed by a single person Name Karthik. More like he was a goon. First he taken the money and then didn't refund it. Bad, torned, dirty, stained linen. Whole property was complete disguise. Booking.com should not list these type of hotel. Not a hotel, it was worst than a lodge. Managed by goon. I WANT MY REFUND OTHERWISE I WILL GO LEGAL.

Booking.comで予約はConfirmされていたのに、当日ホテルに行ったら、外国人は泊めることができないと断られた。予約時になぜConfirmしたのかと聞いたらBooking.comのシステムのせいだと言われた。ホテルも、Booking.comもこのような事態を繰り返さないで欲しい。

Asked for a first floor room denied
Wifi password was not given but had to call and ask
Once booked through booking dot com no one to assist where the hotel is. Pathetic
Checked in at 21.30 in the night and he asked us to check out at 11.30 a.m. He started speaking rules.
So if I had checked in late I should be allowed to check out late. Faught with him and got a late check out for 13.00 p.m

Just an air Indi ruined room to stay. No place to even hang some clothes
