Cons:

The room was not clean and had a very strong smell of smoke. There was no hot water, no towels, and no soap provided, even though we had paid for these amenities. The washroom had a very bad odor. We had booked three rooms, but one of them had an unbearable smell of smoke. As a result, we ended up staying in only two rooms but still had to pay for all three.
