An exceptional stay at Novotel El Borj El Zamalek!

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — a special thanks to Mhamed, Ramadhan, and the entire team without exception for their warm welcome and constant support.

The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, truly impressive. The pool area is also very pleasant and easy to access — perfect for relaxing.

The breakfast was simply amazing: a wide variety of options for all tastes — sweet, savory, European, and Egyptian dishes. Even on our departure day, with a very early flight at 5:30 AM, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us — such a great touch!

Another highlight was the check-in. Although it’s normally at 2 PM, we arrived at noon and were given our room immediately, which was much appreciated after traveling.

The hotel really thinks of everything, down to the smallest details to meet guests’ needs — even a currency exchange machine available with very reasonable rates.

Finally, the location is perfect: close to the museum, the Opera, the corniche, and many restaurants.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

The breakfast featured delicious local food. It’s easy to take an Uber anywhere from here. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff are very kind.

Cons:

I chose the two-meal option, but beverages weren’t included, which seemed a bit disappointing for the price. I had lunch at another five-star hotel, and it cost about the same—or even less—than what I paid for dinner here. I think just breakfast would be enough to include in the meal plan options. That said, the food was delicious, and for those who prefer dining in the hotel, the three on-site restaurants offer good choices even without selecting the dinner option.
