Otele girdikten 2 saat sonra acil bir durumdan dolayı çıkmak durumunda kaldık, ücret iadesi yapılmadı, ayrıca normalde indrive da 200 300 paundluk bir taksi ücreti için ilk başta 3000 paundluk ödeme talep edildi, itiraz edince 1600 paunde düştüler ve bunu otele ödedik, acil bir durumdan dolayı mecburen ödemek zorunda kaldık , sizi söğüşlemek için herşeyi yapabilirler, acil durumdan anlamıyorlar

the receptionist the ladies is kind & very helpfull! ilike the area of the location is really amazing

the swiming pool should be on the top!
the one they had it is to small for hotel like that! is old fashion! sauna is not included how come?

Comfortable stay with great views
Pros:

Comfortabel and centrally located hotel with all facilities you expect from a premium hotel. Nice rooftop, even though they don't serve alcoholic drinks. You can see the pyramids in the distance from the rooftop.

Cons:

Rooms with river view are quite noisy

نوفوتيل البرج : القاهرة في فندق

الفطور جميل وان كنت أتمنى اشوف اللمسة المصرية عليه
مثلا : عربية فول مصغرة تقدم نوعين اوثلاثة للفول
الفلافل برضو اللي كان موجود نوع واحد بس
المشلتت اللي موجود السادة وكل يوم هو نفسه
بالنسبة للطاقم فكان مدهش إلى أبعد حد
