La pulizia e gli standard elevati che garantisce la catena. Dalla nostra camera avevamo la vista direttamente sulla torre del Cairo e dal bar sulla terrazza panoramica una vista sul Nilo, davvero tutto bellissimo. Staff gentile e disponibile, cibo nei ristoranti buono. Inoltre ci siamo sentiti al sicuro perché di fronte l'hotel c'è una postazione della polizia e per accedere in hotel c'è la sicurezza con il metal detector.

Cons:

Per i prezzi del Cairo forse un po' caruccio, ma globalmente siamo stati molto soddisfatti e ci ritorneremmo

Extremely nice accommodation and staff. I would happily stay there again or at other Novotels.
Pros:

The breakfast was great; fresh, tasty, prompt - however there is no need to serve chips with it. The safety and security of the hotel was great. The location was ok - easy access to walk over the bridge and explore.

Cons:

The card keys frequently stopped working, however the staff at reception quickly fixed them.

Pros:

아이들 2명을 포함해서 4명의 가족이 4일간 묵었습니다. 조식과 수영장이 좋았습니다. 수영장은 해가 질 때까지 사용할수 있는데 물 온도가 악간 마지근합니다. 와이파이가 안된다는 후기가 있어서 걱정했는데 잘 되었습니다.

방이 좀 작고, 약간의 소음이 있습니다. 이집트에서는 너무 큰 기대하지 마세요. 그러면 더욱 즐겁습니다.

Otelde 14 - 15 - 16 Mart aralığında ben, eşim, 13 yaşında oğlum ve 7 yaşında kızım ile kaldık. Uçak 14 Mart 23:50’de Kahire’ye indi ve gece otele varmamız 15 Mart 02:00’yi buldu. Özellikle gece yoldan geliyoruz boşuna lobide beklemeyelim diye 14 Mart tarihi içinde ödeme yaptım. Otelede durum ile ilgili olarak mesaj gönderdim. Yoldan geleceğimiz için odanın hazır olmasını rica ettim. Online check-in yapmanız gerekiyor dediler, sitelerinden online check-in de yaptım. Ama 15 Mart 02:00’de otele varış yaptığımızda oda hazır değildi. Hatta ben booking.com üzerinden büyük yatak seçmeme rağmen iki tekli yatak birleştirebiliriz dediler. İtiraz edince Sizin için upgrade yaptık deyip benim Booking.com dan seçtiğim odayı veriyoruz dediler. Bu seferde o oda için bekleyin dediler. Odaya geçtik ama bu seferde baştan yazdığım ve ödediğim halde yandaki kanepe ek yatak yapılmamıştı. Yol yorgunu bu seferde onu bekledik. 4 kişi ödeme yaptığımız halde odaya hep iki kişi için havlu bırakıldı. Her gün 2 su bırakıldı ve sürekli arayıp 2 tane daha su istemek zorunda kaldık. Lobide çocuklar dondurma isteyince dondurma aldık, oteller genelde pahalı olur biliyoruz ama bir top dondurmanın 200 EGP olması ciddi yüksek. Otele 10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeki meşhur bir yerden bir top dondurmaya 35 EGP verdik. Hatta çok ilginç Piramitlerin ordaki bir dondurmacı bile bir top dondurmaya 100 EGP aldı. Yani otelde dondurma yemenizi tavsiye etmem. Sonra biz otelde 6 top aldık, 1.200 EGP pound vereceklen adisyon 1.600 EGP geldi. İtiraz edince hata olmuş Siz 1.200 EGP ödeyin dediler. Açıkcası bende hayal kırıklığı oldu. Sadece fiyat ve konum için seçmek isterseniz seçin, ama hiç beklentiye kapılmayın.
