Bel emplacement mais déçu par la chambre
Pros:

Roof top belle vue sur les pyramides

Cons:

On a payé la chambre avec le petit-déjeuner inclus mais le café était en supplément 1 € le café
Fourmis dans la chambre

Felt like part of the family
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, and they gave me some water and other things for free. The hotel stuff is an incredible family! They helped me with absolutely everything.. from very high quality cheap tours (where they included a lot of extra tips and comfort things), to getting good prices on shops, restaurants, hidden gems in town, etc. I am extremely happy with this experience. They treated me like family and this made my trip way better.
PS: you cannot have better views that this; every breakfast there was the joy of the trip!

Cons:

I couldn’t stay for longer because of work.

ACHTUNG/ATTENTION: Finger weg! Kein Warmwasser. Lausiges Frühstück. Alles auf Abzocke ausgerichtet!
Pros:

Positiv ist hier einzig und alleine der Blick von der Dachterrasse zu werten.

Cons:

Bei den positiven Rezensionen muss es sich um Fakes handeln. Ich habe in 40 Jahren Reisetätigkeit noch nie einen derart unverschämten und dreisten Besitzer (Herrn El Gabry) getroffen. Die Lage des Hotels ist verwinkelt in nicht asphaltierten staubigen Gassen, die kaum ein Taxi findet. Hinter dem Haus sind Abbruchsbauten und eine seltsame Halde, auf der dutzende Hunde die ganze Nacht heulen. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10 min auf die Hauptstraße. Nur nach Protest erhielten wir 2 reservierte Zimmer (statt eines). Meines war eiskalt und es wurde nach Protest ein Miniheizstrahler gebracht. In der Dusche war nur kaltes Wasser (tröpferlweise). Meine Nase war verstopft, wahrscheinlich Staubmilben. Das Frühstück war basic und lieblos (Brot, Joghurt, wenig Käse, ein Wurstblatt, ein Ei, seltsame Süßigkeiten, Juice). Kaffee, Tee für "extra charge" wie alles hier!!! 10 Dollar wurden für 6 Fingerhüte Kaffee und 2 kleine Wasserflaschen extra verlangt. Bei einer alten Dame behauptete Herr El Gabry wahrheitswidrig, sie habe nicht gezahlt. Dies wurde dann zurück genommen und als Computerfehler dargestellt. Für 9 Bier zu Sylvester wollte er 100 Dollar, was wir ablehnten. Die 4 Sterne sind in Wahrheit nicht einmal einer. Ich empfehle statt dieses Hauses, die Hotels bis zu 200m rund um das Sphinx Gate.

Pyramid views with friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing rooftop with a view of the pyramids, and very friendly and accomodating staff. They were happy to organise transport and tours according to our needs. Great value overall.

Cons:

The property was a bit hard to locate, and down a quieter street.

The Egyptian breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the rooftop view of the Pyramids was breathtaking.
Special thanks to Ali, who manages the rooftop — he was always kind and welcoming.
Big thanks to Hussein at the reception for his great hospitality, and to Ahmed for perfectly organizing my tours around Cairo and Giza.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and everything felt warm and safe — real Egyptian hospitality!

Al Khalil Pyramids View Hotel is one of the closest and best hotels right in front of the Pyramids. The location is truly unique, offering a stunning panoramic view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx. It’s actually considered the nearest hotel to the historical site – once you step outside, the Pyramids are right in front of you.

The services are good, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly, making you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is also nice, especially if you have it on the terrace with a direct view of the Pyramids – a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Hôtel d appoint pour visiter les pyramides
Pros:

Très belle vue sur les pyramides de lla terrasse pouvant admirer de beaux couchers de soleil.
Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous et toujours disponible pour nous donner de bons conseils.
Petit déjeuner égyptien et copieux.

Cons:

Au niveau des douches, très peu de pression et parfois manque d eau chaude.
La pauvreté aux abords de l hôtel.
La restauration un peu simpliste et chère.
