The staff made this trip very enjoyable. They planned tours for me and very accommodating.

Had a great time in Egypt due to the comforts of the hotel, spectacular views of the pyramids
Pros:

the breakfast was good although I only had one as I was doing a lot of travelling., bed was comfy, the view of the pyramids was fab from my balcony and the roof top, the staff were ever so helpful especially Mohammed the manager who was on hand to help organise my trips/tours, especially my trip to Hurghada (scuba diving in the RED SEA),and Luxor(valley of the kings and queens/king tuts tomb and an awesome balloon ride to watch the sun come up,

Cons:

the noise level from the main street, Cairo never sleeps but earplugs sorted that.

Another Egyptian scam (anyone surprised?)
Pros:

The night manager, Mohammed, took me for a nice meal (spent +- 9 Euro on me) when he discovered I had reported the establishment to Booking.com

Cons:

The photos of the rooftop are NOT taken from this building. There is no food or drink available at this "hotel". Just because it's near a restaurant does not make it a "3-star hotel". The bedroom lock is malfunctioning and only allows someone OUTSIDE the bedroom to unlock it (with a key).

Two nights in Giza
Pros:

great location; great view; great staff; great bedding!

Cons:

Street noise; building construction noise; Hotel failed to provide arranged taxi at Airport at 0400.
