Smoke smell in the room
Did the booking online and the staff in the hotel said they can't accept through online booking so I have to pay more another 400 rs as I didn't take a chance to look for another hotel because I was travelling with my family with 2 kids and it was about midnight, very poor communication worst experience 😢...
