Pros:

スタッフが親切。掃除も行き届いている。朝食ブッフェも種類が多く、美味しかった。

Cons:

別の部屋に変えてほしいと依頼すると、今日は満室、と言われ、そんなわけないだろうと強めに出たら、希望通りの部屋を案内してくれた。なぜそのようなウソをつくのか理解できない。電気系統が複雑で分かりづらい。しかも壊れてる照明が多い。

Great location and business base to come home to after a long day!
Pros:

Excellent southern indian breakfast buffet and in addition offering fruit, custom egg options, French toast or pancakes (varies by day), bean sprouts and so so pastries. Very pleasant dining room and friendly wait staff. Th hotel has been constricted with gorgeous stone and wood...it is a successful experient in CNC uses. Amazing rain showers!

Cons:

Ive been coming here occasionally for 15-years and it does show expected wear in places. That said it is nothing that cant be over looked aside from the broken fridge in 301 that smells like the freon is leaking. Time for a new fridge.

Safe, worthy and peaceful stay

Cons:

Reception few people are very good especially the day shift but night shift people are little ignorant and are hesitant to talk. Lighting can be better in the rooms .

Pros:

Over all a good hotel and well maintained. Property. Perfect for business Travellers. It is in the centre of Bangalore. The breakfast is nice with a decent spread. Additionally there are Cafes and a Udipi hotel nearby (5 to 10 mins walk) if you want to eat outside.

Cons:

The rooms are dimly lit. The passage from door to the room shd have more light since thw mirror also is placed there.

The water heater kettle's plug doesnt fit into sockets where it is kept. So, one has to move it to another power point in the room that is inconvenient.

I saw a small cockroach in the men's toilet near the reception. This was the forst time in last so many years of staying in this property.

Pathetic, should have heeded the previous reviews
Pros:

This is really an over-priced budget hotel at a great location, only plus point. That is all. One boy from the cafe and the elderly man from housekeeping were attentive. The security guard is very lively.

Cons:

LIZARDS in the room. Noticed COCKROACHES in breakfast area, on the mugs and coffee flask! Even if it is a budget hotel, HYGIENE should not be compromised. The staff killed the cockroach with his hand and didn’t even remove the plate it was on. Have to avoid looking here and there. Towels were worn. Mini bar had to be cleaned by us as we were carrying injections. Most staff are rude or giving a dead look. Iron had frayed cables. A relief to get out of the hotel.

Used to be good, now bottom of the barrel as managers are incompetent in managing staff

Cons:

Staff is underwhelming and lacks basic skills. Only reception is competent otherwise all staff are poorly trained and the hotel is terrible. We had to check out middle of our stay. Will NOT recommend for anyone.
