Pros:

The only nice comment I can write for this hotel is the restaurant manager was very obliging with everything.

Cons:

The hotel manager and staff were deplorable. My worst hotel experience of my entire life. The rooms and we're filthy and the bathrooms were completely disgusting.. I wouldn't give this a 1 star rating. And on the site, it says 4 star.. the staff reception during the night hours had such a bad attitude. We reached the hotel at 5 am from overseas and all the lights were switched off. And I have a young family, he was checking us in the dark with all the lights remain switched off until I had ask him to switch it on.. never again!

They did.not provide extra bed that was booked during the booking. They were seeking Rs 1500.00 per night for the extra single.bed although it was booked during confirmation. The front desk staff was rude.

Very comfortable.
Pros:

I like the location, very centrally located. The mattress, bed sheet and comforter were extremely comfortable and clean. The variety of the breakfast was exceptional, taste was good.

Cons:

The bathroom is very nicely done, but the water from the shower area overflows to the sink area and then the water gets all over the dry area. The bin was broken inside the bathroom, so had to open it with hands everytime.

スタッフが親切。掃除も行き届いている。朝食ブッフェも種類が多く、美味しかった。

Cons:

別の部屋に変えてほしいと依頼すると、今日は満室、と言われ、そんなわけないだろうと強めに出たら、希望通りの部屋を案内してくれた。なぜそのようなウソをつくのか理解できない。電気系統が複雑で分かりづらい。しかも壊れてる照明が多い。
