Firstly, the hotel booking was shifted to another property, which was not up to the expected standards. The alternate hotel was of poor quality and located very far from my original location.

Despite paying as per your requirements, the experience did not meet the promised service level. This caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

All good. Restraunt on top floor is also good.

Room service phone line was never picked up. They can call us in our room anytime but when we call back to reception from room it was never picked up and I have to go to front desk at ground floor from 4th floor. Luckily lift was working.

Exceptional Experiance
Pros:

Amazing experience at the property. The hospitality was 10 on 10. The operation manager took special care of our dinner & from the front desk further enhanced our experience with a smooth check in & check out process.

Will never go to such hotel again,
Pros:

Nothing staff were rule, they charged double since we made the booking through booking.com they started blaming me that I have made a mistake of booking 1 person in a room and did not help in rectifying

Cons:

Manager was rude, 3 people cannot go in the lift, rooms are small and the fans are very old, we had to switch of fan because it was making noice and was shaking a lot. AC was not cooling

It was very unpleasant and regrettable choice of choosing this particular hotel. Suitable for local maybe but definitely

Cons:

The property has good reviews and pictures in the website are very convincing. But upon arrival, the inner part of the hotel and rooms doesn’t look welcoming and pleasant. The cleanliness of the toilet was not good and rooms had a kind of weird smell. Linens and covers were asked to change again as there were stains.
