Only the location is OK.
Pros:

Perfect lotaion, but...

Cons:

We were traveling by car and in Anwepen is a huge problem for parking. and in mobile application is mentioned (copies I saved) as a feature if this apartment also a parking. But in reality there is no parking at this spot. Also the inner smell of the apartment is not Ok....

Cons:

There were no curtains. Adding curtains (and removing the high up spider webs) would massively improve the apartment.

Not for suitable for people with mobility issues.
Pros:

The location was good,the price was cheap,the apartment was warm and big.

Cons:

There was no sheets for the double bed and only 2 towels for 3 people.When management was contacted,we didnt receive a reply until the next day .The stairs up to the apartment were badly lit and very steep.The apartment was not very clean.There was a smell of weed coming from a sevice vent in the bathroom.

Quiet and spacious apartment in a perfect location, rooms are bright and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Could benefit from some small changes which could make the apartment quickly greater : fix the toilet seat which was loose, install curtains (there were no curtains and a lot of light in the morning), some soap in the shower, clean the spider webs...

Central place beautiful view

Cons:

very dirty, spiderweb, bedsheets not sanitised, floor dirty and terrible third very high steep floor impossible with luggage and a little girl. I had to go up and down few times and I was knackered
