This hotel is truly exceptional. I travel extensively around the world, and I have never experienced such a breathtaking panorama. The view is constantly changing every day, every hour, every minute creating an ever-evolving landscape of extraordinary beauty.
Beyond the stunning setting, the team is outstanding. Every member of the staff is warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing a perfect experience. The service is simply impeccable.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is an absolutely incredible place that exceeded all my expectations and made my stay in Santorini unforgettable!!

את הנוף המהמם והקלדרה רואים מכל מקום בלי חסימה - מהקבלה, מהבריכה, מהמרפסת האישית של החדר, ואפילו מהמיטה בתוך החדר.
ארוחת הבוקר שמוגשת באופן אישי למרפסת של החדר מצויינת ומגוונת, ובכל יום אפשר לבחור מהמבחר שיש.
החדר, הציוד וכל האתר נקיים ומתוחזקים היטב ובקפידה.
והשירות - צוות מעולה, שירותי וסופר נחמד בניהולו של מנוס:
בין אם זה הבנות בקבלה, הבחורים שמתחזקים את המלון, או הבחור שמביא את ארוחת הבוקר.
כולם פשוט מקסימים וסופר שירותיים, אשר גרמו לחופשה הזוגית שלנו להיות עוד יותר טובה.
כולם סייעו בכל דבר אפשרי - בהמלצות לטיולים או למסעדות, להכוונה, להסעה או לכל דבר ש היינו צריכים לחדר או בתפעול כלשהו. אפילו סיפרו לנו לבקשתנו מזרני יוגה ל 5 ימים.
והכל במהירות ובתחושה נהדרת תוך כדי חיוך.
צוות נהדר שפועל בדמות המנהל.

The room has an incredible view, the personal is always kind and willing to help. The breakfast was delicious
Everything is amazing but if you want something super near of the center city this is not for you because you have to rent a car or walk 30 minutes
The staff were welcoming and so friendly. Anna was happy to share tips and advice from where to get food, to booking taxis for us and advising how long it would take us to get to places.
Matteo brought drinks and room service orders to the room, always with a smile.
We spent a lot of time in the room, which was comfortable, spacious and cleaned every day. We enjoyed the hot tub with great views over the caldera.
Breakfast was delicious and a good selection to choose from. We also had some lunches and dinners in the room, which were also very tasty and generous portions. My daughter who is very fussy was able to find something on the menu for her too.
We didn't go into the shared pool as it looked very deep and was not heated. This didn't take away from the holiday but something to be aware of if you are someone who likes to lounge in the pool.

レンタカーを借りたが、専用駐車場がなく、空いている道路のスペースに駐車しなければならず、少し不便だった。

Le top ! Personnel au petit soin, chambre propre, jacuzzi bien chaud tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Le seul point qui n’est pas forcément négatif est la situation par rapport à Fira (40min à pied)

The staff were amazing- so helpful with recommendations and any other questions we had! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Short walk into Fira also. The breakfast was great and delivered to your room everyday. They gave us a lovely candle as a leaving gift! We would go back tomorrow!
Le séjour était vraiment fabuleux avec un personnel très serviable. Ils ont pu nous aider à réserver des restaurants ou autres activités. le petit déjeuner était très copieux, il était servi en chambre. Le jacuzzi privatif avec une vue incroyable était bien sur un plus.
