Great hotel highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were amazing- so helpful with recommendations and any other questions we had! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Short walk into Fira also. The breakfast was great and delivered to your room everyday. They gave us a lovely candle as a leaving gift! We would go back tomorrow!

Le séjour était vraiment fabuleux avec un personnel très serviable. Ils ont pu nous aider à réserver des restaurants ou autres activités. le petit déjeuner était très copieux, il était servi en chambre. Le jacuzzi privatif avec une vue incroyable était bien sur un plus.

Très bel emplacement et prestations de qualité
Pros:

L’emplacement incroyable: meilleur endroit pour admirer le coucher de soleil, avec la vue sur la caldeira.
Le petit déjeuner servi dans le chambre est très complet.
Le personnel très agréable et propose toujours de l’aide et donne des conseils sur les endroits à visiter

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas chauffée, donc pas
Possible de se baigner (nous y étions début octobre), et le jacuzzi n’était pas assez chaud le 1er jour, donc pas utilisé. Mais lorsque nous avons demandé à augmenter la température de l’eau, cela a été fait et nous avons pu l’utiliser le lendemain.

Great location very expensive to get a ride.
Pros:

Location was great. The staff is outstanding.

Cons:

The rooms could use a little TLC. They are somewhat dated. We spent 40-50 euros to go to Oia. We walked to Fira and paid 20 euros to get a ride back

El verdadero olimpo!

Las Vistas!! Lejos lo mejor. Dicen que el mejor atardecer es el de Oia y no estoy de acuerdo! la cantidad de gente que habia alli hacia que todos se pelearan por un lugar y no fue agradable. En cambio en este hotel vi los mejores atardeceres.
La habitacion muy buena. El baño con un diseño excelente.
El desayuno era perfecto para nosotros. panes diferentes, manteca, mermeladas, miel. Quesos del que guste y fiambres. Los huevos eran como pidieramos y frutas. Jugos, cafe y agua. Perfecto!!!
Por ultimo, quiero hacer mecion epecial a la excelente actitud de todos los muchachos que trabajan alli. Todos buenisimos y muy educados! los felicito largamente, porque hicieron que nuestra estancia sea realmente especial. Gracias!!

The morning receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Pretty views.

Cons:

It was very nice that they brought breakfast to your room at a scheduled time, but they often arrived at the room a lot earlier than scheduled and knocked on the door until I got out of bed and answered the door. It was an abrupt way to wake up each morning. I would have preferred a buffet breakfast at a scheduled time window.

Great hospitality, breakfast, and amazing sunsets.
Pros:

My wife and I loved the level of service and how nice the staff were to us. We also loved the views of the caldera and having the amazing breakfast every morning.
