Pros:

My partner and I stayed here for a week, and everything was really good.

The house itself is sensational: tidy, well-organized, and spotless. It is located in a very peaceful area with no disturbing noises, making it the ideal place to get some quality rest.

The location is also very convenient:

Sylvia Park: Less than a 15-minute walk.

Essentials: Supermarkets, laundry services, and plenty of food options are all under a 10-minute walk away.

Olivia was a fantastic host. She was incredibly cordial and proactive, sending us all the necessary information well before our arrival so we knew exactly what to expect.

Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again."

Good value for money overall
Pros:

Location is pretty convenient. Linen looks fresh. Host were very friendly. Cleanness is not perfect but acceptable.

Pros:

The accommodation is well situated on major transport links, so getting around was easy. The bedroom is not large but was comfortable and clean and the provision of a fan was appreciated.

Cons:

The title of the listing suggested the bathroom was ensuite as it was described as attached. The bathroom is a separate room, and you have to leave the bedroom and enter a shared living/kitchen space to access it. Would suggest the listing title needs amended to reflect this situation more accurately.

A convenient place to stay as it was very easy to get around Auckland. And set back down a long driveway well off the ro

Location to bus and train services were excellent. Was very clean with excellent amenities.

Cons:

I think the pillows could do with replacing as two were super hard and two were super soft and lumpy. I would have also liked a key to lock my room although I had no issues with the other people in the house, it’s just my personal preference.

absolutely incredible, and would recommend and come again.
Pros:

very beautiful home, lovely hosts and easy to communicate with. The space was lovely and the location made it easy for me to get to everywhere I wanted to go.
