Pros:

民宿環境與地理位置很方便，附近也方便找停車位， 民宿樓下旁就有便利商店， 離宜蘭市區也很近。

Cons:

房間內沒有小冰箱，冰箱在一樓，須和其他人共用，有保管疑慮，想要喝冰涼的飲料須爬上爬下，較不方便。雖然有wifi，但連線不易。可能是連假關係，走路2分鐘以內的區域，剛好沒有可供停車的地方。一樓的區域，鐵門放下後，室內偏暗，如果能再明亮些，會更好。

老闆（娘）很親切

放鬆舒適的一晚
Pros:

住宿的房間在二樓，踏進房間入眼的落地窗看出去是一畦一畦的綠色稻田，還有超大陽台可以走出去，享受景觀和綿綿細雨交織的畫面。加上房間內有一張小圓桌和兩張椅子，讓人可以放鬆地坐在上面休息，往落地窗外看，讓人非常舒壓。
床跟枕頭算是軟硬適中，起床不會腰酸背痛。
房間是乾濕分離的浴室，沖洗設備是可以切換從上面沖、沖背和蓮蓬頭的款式，使用的洗髮乳跟沐浴乳一樣是經民宿夫婦特別挑選過的品牌，香味聞起來溫和，不會讓人覺得嗆鼻。而且浴室有抽風換氣的設備，洗完澡後，也不用擔心浴室很潮濕。
最後不得不提，民宿的老闆夫婦服務很熱情，不管是住宿用品還是一樓販賣的餐點都用得非常好，也可以看出，他們對民宿投入很多的愛，到處都是藝術品、收藏品跟kiwi。
另外，一樓是老闆娘當主廚的料理店，只要民宿的住客點餐點都會有打折。主食的義大利麵超好吃，麵體跟醬料都非常講究，用好的食材料理；甜點的蛋糕也非常好吃，還有老闆娘自製的奶油，入口即溶、滿口的奶香，真的很推薦住宿的當天或隔天去嚐嚐老闆娘的手藝。

Cons:

進浴室的時候，有看到一小塊應該是打掃時留下的鞋印，不過除了這個小地方，房間其他地方都非常乾淨。

大致上來說是不錯的

房間乾淨 床舒適 老闆很熱心、客氣
餐點好吃 住宿用餐打8折很不錯 👍

Cons:

吹風機固定在浴室，因為四人房也造成不方便！
房間沒有鏡子、室內拖鞋。
浴室沖澡的龍頭入住時雖然老闆有先說明如何使用，但我們三位資深熟女居然都拉不起來！只能跪著、蹲著完成洗澡⋯
奇怪了隔天早上告知狀況，老闆上樓居然一拉就ok!
